Not sure who USA Today determines who actually wins the award, but it was given to Gable Steveson. I'm not sure if that means the voting results are wrong or if there other other factors besides fan voting that are considered.

its like the Heisman , the public votes are only part of the voting criteria and awarding process. Warner won by a significant amount in the popular vote, but in other criteria? Stevenson pulled ahead.

Hats off to Jake W to have made the list. Kids a stud. Brigth future as a Hawkeye, wish he was a Boiler lol , and I am sure more wish he was a Fighting ILLINI
