Not sure of the time, but trackwrestling says the finals are on Sunday.

SWSC is no longer the SWSC tournament. It's at Stagg, but it's now called The Tom Lahey Tournament, and more than just SWSC teams are attending:

            Bolingbrook
            Bradley (B.-Bourbonnais)
            Dolton (Thornridge)
            Frankfort (Lincoln-Way East)
            Granite City
            Harvey (Thornton)
            Homewood Flossmoor
            Joliet (Central)
            Joliet (West)
            Lockport (Twp.)
            New Lenox (Lincoln-Way Central)
            New Lenox (Lincoln-Way West)
            Orland Park (Sandburg)
            Palos Hills (Stagg)
            Rock Island
            South Holland (Thornwood)
            Tinley Park (Andrew)

Saturday there are four qualifier sites for CPS: Westinghouse, Solorio, Back of the Yards College Prep, and Taft. Sunday everyone is at Chicago State. Wrestling starts at 9AM all weekend.

Why did the SWSC add Granite City and Rock Island to their conference tourney?

It's technically not the conference tournament anymore. It's the Tom Lahey Invite. Joliet West and Central aren't in the SWSC anymore, they are in the Southwest Prairie. But, because the SPC doesn't have the tournament anymore, they opt to go there. Yes, it's mostly SWSC teams, but not officially a conference tournament.
