*HF Girls festivals, held at Homewood-Flossmoor H.S., are like round robins with no medals and count as a competition date

In 2017-18, 6 HS state assoc., voted to add HS girls wrestling or begin process:

1. AZ

1. CO

The addition of NJ brings total to 13 states with girls wrestling.

HI, TX, CA, WA, TN & AK host the other state sanctioned girls wrestling champs.
