Lake County Invite Re-Scheduled for Monday

Don’t know if this is true, tournament was canceled and tournament director said no reschedule is planned. Libertyville is doing something Monday but doubt it will be much of a Invite. Guess you can call it Lake County Invite just not everyone will take the Invite part. Besides Libertyville who else is going?

Last I heard, neither AD's nor head coaches were notified of this.

Maybe it was Grant AD who said no reschedule but this is not a reschedule. Just something to not have weekend off but on Monday seems odd. How many teams are going? Just Libertyville? Does that mean they are Lake county champs for showing up?

No school on Monday. Some teams have been invited, sounds like they are cherry picking. Won't be a true Lake County. We are 15 minutes away from Grant, not much snow. I know I sound old, but they never would have cancelled a tournament in my day. And I am old.

No cherry picking here, all Lake County schools originally scheduled were invited. Some schools decided not to join the competition unfortunately

Confirmed Lake schools participating: Libertyville, Stevenson, Warren, Grayslake Central, Grayslake North, Zion-Benton, Lakes Community, Mundelein, Round Lake, Wauconda, North Chicago and Lake Zurich. Of the 17 schools invited, only 5 will not be there Monday!

Carmel is hosting the ESCC Mega Duals on Monday.
