At 138 IWCOA had 30 HM making say a top 40?

A few to many I think we all would agree?

How about top 6 for placers and 10 HM to add up to the number of SQ's.

We all know that all those wrestlers may not even make state because numerous ones may be in the same regional and Sectionals.

2A and 1A say 6 & 6?

Why only 6 & 6 for 2A and 1A? They also qualify 16 for state. Same rules should apply for all 3 classes.

Not since 2011. Starting in 2012, 16 and 6 for all classes.
