Go to the IHSA guidebook. Use the seeding criteria for sectional winners to get your A,B,C,D and then you can build it.

Which works until you get a tie which is broken by a coin flip. Not a big deal if the tie is for the 2-3 seed but it does make a difference if the tie is for 1-2 or 3-4. Or a 3 or 4 way tie (which can happen).
