Some quick insight that I found interesting:


2A: After having 0 medals in the years 1972 - 2015, Rantoul has now had 5 in the past 4 years.

3A: Montini had at least 4 medalists for the 19th year in a row, including at least one champion in each of those 19 years.

1A: Oregon had 4 medalists for the second time in school history. The other time was in 2001.
