- Location: Chicago Hope Athletic Center (2641 W Harrison St, Chicago, IL 60612)
- Date: Sunday, December 12th
- Doors Open at 7:30am; Wrestling begins at 9am
- Divisions: Tot (5-6), Bantam (6-8), Intermediate (8-10), Novice (10-12) & Senior (12-14). Age determined by age on 12/31/21
- Format: Folkstyle- IKWF Rules
- Tot/Bantam: 4 person straight bracket (1-1-1)
- Intermediate: 8 person straight bracket (1-1-1)
- Novice/ Senior: 8 person straight bracket (1-1.5-1.5)
- Staggered start times: 9am- Tot, Bantam and Novice. 11:30am- Intermediate. 12pm- Senior.
- Entry Fee: $25 per wrestler (All wrestlers must have a valid USAW card). BTS Affiliate clubs are half price ($13)
- Due Date: $200 deposit plus number of wrestlers by November 26, 2021.

- Weigh Ins: Remote weigh ins at your facility allowed. Instructions for remote weigh ins will be emailed to your registered club the week of the tournament.
- Rules: Wrestlers must have hair, skin and nails checked. Must have a signed and dated IHSA form in hand for any skin conditions. Form available on IHSA website. Wrestlers must compete in wrestling uniform, head gear and wrestling shoes.
- Concessions: Available all day.
- Admission: $5 per person, Children 8 and under Free, Coaches on roster with valid cards are free.
