also, point of this thread was to actually get more people involved.

We call ourselves a wrestling community, yet very few people actual post results or non-fighting bullshit here.

Would love to see results or links to actual news sources that actually post results.

I saw on twitter that OPRF lost to DGN. Very surprised! Anyone have a box score?

The dual began at the 285-pound heavyweight class. OPRF's Fabian Gonzalez began the action versus Josh Reames of Downers North. Fabian started strong but was caught, and the Trojans earned the first 6 points of the dual with a fall victory. From 106-120, Huskies Cooper Lacey, Owen Baker, and Jalen Dunson had their flashes, but their Downers Grove North opponents were too strong and earned pins as well. At 126, Connor Nagela showed a strong effort but was bested by state place-winner Brad Rosen of DGN. After 5 bouts, Downers Grove North led 28-0.

Needing to make a comeback, senior Jake Rundell began the Huskie charge. OPRF gained falls at 132 (Jake Rundell), 145 (Nico Bolivar), 152 (Josh Ogunsanya), and 160 (Joe Chapman). Within that stretch, DGN earned a forfeit victory (138 pounds). Through 160 pounds, the Huskies had trimmed the score down to 34-24. Unfortunately, Oak Park & River Forest acquired only one win in the final four bouts (Daemyen Middlebrooks' forfeit tally at 195 pounds): Stephen Carr, Adrian Palmares, and Malcolm Gray all gave it their best efforts but came up short. Final score: DGN 49, OPRF 30. The Huskies had won 20 consecutive duals versus West Suburban (Silver) opponents before
