Too many to list.

The best comeback victory I have ever seen in the finals.

1983: Tony Evensen (Marist) over Bob Gonnella (York)

Here's a few off the top of my head:
Mike Russow (Bradley Bourbonnais) over "Big" Al Licka (Glenbard North)
Chad Isacson (Glenbard North) over Paul Collum (Romeoville)
Rafael Avila (Belvidere) over Matt Goldstein (Conant)
The Infamous Bite Match: Chris Traversa (Plainfield) over Eddy Valdez (Sycamore)
Kirk Mammen (Urbana) TF over Stormin Norman Hays (Mundelein)
Geraci over Morris (already mentioned)
Tim Chaplin's (Joliet Central) quarterfinal pin over previously undefeated Mike Cheatham

-Klinger over Poeta, his coaches told him to defer in the second period after winning the flip, with the new rule being first points get choice in the 2nd OT sudden death
-Mt. Carmel going 4 for 4 in the finals and then not winning team state

2014 Renteria staring down O'Connor the whole time. Even though he got beat up, he was as intimidating as a 98 pounder could be.

This was a great match. Two completely different style wrestlers. Gonnella big and powerful and Evensen was more of a technical wrestler. If my memory serves me correctly, Bob came out aggressive and went up 6-0 early. Evensen was a great leg rider and wore Gonnella out on top. Bob gassed to the point he had nothing left late in the third.
