IESA/IKWF Championship solutions

I would hope that these organizations are proactively talking with local health agencies and their experts as to how long this ban will be in effect. Is there a chance to reschedule a few weeks out? Could smaller venues pitch in? What are some other ideas floating around?

The IKWF announcement said that there was advice from the state public health authorities and they are no doubt in touch with the CDC.

Rescheduling isn’t really an option. Logistics would be a major issue, but you cannot expect these kids to work at holding weight indefinitely. Many will move on to spring sports (assuming those are still going on).

They are gone; accept it and move on.
