It’s Wednesday and that means a fresh set of Illinois Matmen Premier High School State Rankings brought to you by GO EARN IT Wrestling Apparel.

We only rank the Top 12 teams and Top 6 individuals at each weight (and a few deserving honorable mention) in order to make our rankings more meaningful. If your name appears in our rankings, you have definitely earned it!

This is our final set of high school rankings for the 2017-18 season. Instead of rankings, we will release state tournament predictions next week.
