UFC Huskie?

I caught UFC 71 last night on PPV... there was a guy on the undercard from Chicago by the name of Terry martin (I think) sporting what appeared to be a NIU Huskie tatoo on his back/shoulder -- is he an alum?

Yes Terry Martin was a wrestler at NIU back in early 2000's. I believe he wrestled HWT for the Huskies around 2002.

Yeah, Terry was a teammate and a workout partner of mine at NIU. He wrestled at 197 for us in 2002.

He's one tough dude and a pretty good MMA fighter.

Thanks for the confirmation... Mr. Martin sure made some heads turn in his UFC debut... he looked absolutely dominating.

Actually that wasn't his UFC debut. He's had afew UFC fights over the last couple years.

He was unfortunately on the recieveing end of one of the nastiest knock-outs I've ever seen.
