For those interested in our Freestyle/Greco-Roman events, I ask that you constantly look to www.ilusaw.com (http://www.ilusaw.com/) for updates and changes to the schedule. Due to circumstances beyond our control we do not always have a facility "locked-in" and changes are made. Believe me, it drives me crazy too but there is nothing we can do when spring sports have precedence over facility use to us.
Couple of notes concerning the Cadet/Junior Divisionals:
All cadet/junior divisionals will have kids developmental with it.
Cadet/Junior divisional qualifiers to the FS State Tournament DO NOT have to wrestle at the same weight class they qualified at (i.e. you qualify at 125 lbs. you could wrestle 275 lbs. at the state tournament if you choose.)
Wrestlers who compete at the FILA Cadet Nationals are automatically qualified for the FS State Tournament regardless of what division they are in (Cadet OR Junior).
If you have any questions please contact me at (708) 230-0446 or murwin@ikwf.org.
Thank you for your patience and understanding,
Mike Urwin
