1st Annual Whip-pur Cat Open
Folk style Tournament – April 25th, 2009
Location: Hampshire High School, 1600 E. Big Timber Rd Hampshire IL 60140
Divisions: *Every effort will be made to create 4 man round robin formats*
6 – under age group (if possible)
7 & 8 – age group
9 & 10 – age group
11 & 12 – age group
13 & 14 – age group
Grades – 9 & 10 High School
Grades – 11 & 12 High School
Limit: 300 wrestlers
Weigh-in: Saturday, April 25th , 2009 7:00-8:30 A.M.
Wrestling to begin at approximately 9:30 A.M. (or when brackets ready)
Uniform: Wrestling shoes required, t-shirts & shorts or singlet acceptable
Entry Fee: $15.00 pre-registered (non-refundable) if received on/before April 24th.
$20.00 at the door

Entry Form (Early Entry -$15 / Door -$20)
Release- The undersigned wrestler and the parents or guardians of the wrestler hereby represent to the Hampshire High School as sponsor of the “Whip-per Cat Open” that the wrestler’s health is and will be sufficient to allow the wrestler to safely participate in the tournament. The undersigned understands and accepts that no health examination will be conducted by the Hampshire High School, Hampshire WC, or the Hampshire Park District to determine the fitness to participate in the tournament and that health and accident insurance coverage of the wrestler , if any, is the sole responsibility of the undersigned. The undersigned understands that the wrestler is participating at his own risk. The undersigned understands and agrees not to make any claims or bring any lawsuit for personal injury, death, property damage, or loss which arise from participation in the tournament against Hampshire High School, Hampshire WC, Hampshire Park District and District 300 including the governing board of these entities and their officers, employees, and agents.
