If you take both dual meet and tournament performance into account, this is how I would see it...

You have Carl Sandburg, undefeated in duals, 1st place at Dvorak, Wheeling, and way ahead of everyone else, and I mean WAY ahead....clearly #1


Next, you have Providence, St Rita, and Neuqua Valley...a close #2-4.

Grant, Glenbard North, Naperville North, Wheaton North, West Aurora, Mt Carmel, Conant, OPRF, Marist, Libertyville, Dundee-Crown, Granite City, Wheeling, Fenwick, Argo, Warren, Bloomington,Joliet Central, possibly Morris, make up the best of the rest (in no specific order).
