According to the Wall Street Journal, 86 judges of all political persuasions have ruled on the Election for president. This is because some of the cases were heard by multiple judges on appeal.

This raises the following questions:

1. Why hasn't one of these judges found evidence of at least one instance of fraud.

2. Judges on appeal have the right to dissent from the majority decision. Why hasn't that happened?

I don't know where you get your meaningless count. but it is clearly not accurate. Sydney won a case in Georgia, but she appealed her victory and then lost that appeal. And there was a case in Michigan that granted the examination of the machines...a case in Arizona that granted a sample recount that found a votes that were switched from Trump to Biden. I haven't followed every case in its entirety. Your count may look good in a meme, but it is not accurate

These cases were not dismissed on the merits of the case, because they did not hear the merits of the case.

Whether this vote was enough to change the results of the election will never be proven as there is presently no effective way (or apparently any desire on the part of Democrats) to ensure that only citizens can vote. It is well known that fraudulent identification, including social security cards and driver's licenses, can be readily purchased, and this is sufficient in most states to obtain a voter registration card.

When I was listening to the Arizona Hearing, a Member of the Arizona legislature described the process for an illegal alien to vote. It is a legal process that allows an illegal vote.

In Wisconsin 200,000 mail-in ballots cast with the unverifiable "indefinitely confined" status. If a person is "indefinitely confined" there is no identification required at all to vote. That was a new rule that was unconstitutionally "legislated" buy a judge just before the election.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled just before the election that a signature match was not even necessary.

The Democrats went on a nationwide tour suing states to change election laws immediately before the election. Texas fought off and defeated 12 of such suits.

All these states mass mailed out ballots and required no signature match...anybody that could color inside the lines of the oval could vote.

It was Marc Elias of Perkins Coie that pulled off this heist of the election. His law firm is the same law firm that was involved in writing the Steele Dossier.

...so yes illegal aliens voted in large numbers.

It was a free (or nearly free vacation that only required that you vote). There were 70-100% off hotel rooms, travel and meal vouchers and a free ID service offered to anybody who came from Central or South America to vote in the election in a Democratic city in a red or purple state. A photograph of your completed ballot was like a kind of parking validation to unlock the savings. On top of that, kids stay for free.

I did answer your questions, about 7 posts above your post. Then I let Barns answer them also. Even if the Trump Campaign would have been given the opportunity to present evidence, it would not have been that Judges job to make a finding in a criminal case of voter fraud...but they didn't even bother to listen so they could make a ruling based on the presentation of evidence.

Illegal aliens are convicted of voter fraud all the time...Why should this election be any different?
