I knew that Sidney Powell was America's Dumbest Lawyer^TM but misspelling two of the first ten words in a Federal Court filing is a new low even for her. It's like saying to judges: "Here's crap that will be crazy and misspelled:

IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICCT COURT, NORTHERN DISTRCOICT OF GEORGIA....

What makes Sidney Powell stick out among even the most heroically dumb lawyers is that she will misspell the fifth and eighth words in a complaint in Federal Court, and although the two words she misspelled are the same word, she misspelled the word differently the second time!

How do you do that?

The presiding judge--a Trump appointee--noted that the plaintiffs couldn't provide proof that a single ballot was improperly obtained or cast in the entire state of Pennsylvania.

If it wasn't misspelled words, you guys would be making fun of the clothes that she is wearing. It looks like PA. may have provided a path to the Supreme Court. I am not completely sure about that yet, but at the same time the state legislature is moving to decertify the state and select their own electors...look for AZ to follow that lead.

If Trump threads the needle and proves his case in the Supreme Court, will any of you accept the results of this election? I don't think you guys really believe Biden received more votes than Obama.

Here’s the thing. The one thing Trump does not have is time.

He normally files suit and then just drags it out with continuances.....That way the contractor has two choices. He or she can accept 50 cents on the dollar and walk away and get onto the next job or get dragged out in the courts for eternity. That would definitely sink a small time contractor and even big ones on huge jobs. The Constitution of the United States of America has strict deadlines. He knows it. You know it.
