Election fraud comes in many forms.
One Man Is About To Flip Georgia, Nullify Biden’s Victory
By Rich Welsh
Mark Davis, a Georgia Republican, and president of Data Productions, Inc. started to take a look at the Peach State’s 2020 election voter data not long after Joe Biden was declared the winner. Over the years, five Georgia courts have deemed Davis an expert on election issues, so he knows what he’s talking about on that subject. He has been on a crusade to fix residency issues found in Georgia’s election laws for nearly 25 years. Davis testified in the Georgia state legislature’s hearing on 2020 election irregularities.
As Davis started talking about some of the results of his preliminary analysis, he found himself explaining his findings and suspicions to the Trump legal team’s Cleta Mitchell, Trump attorney Ray Smith, and at one point he brought White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows up to speed with the work he had done so far.
For full disclosure, Mark and I have been best friends for about 12 years. I know him as a true patriot who loves America and loves Georgia. He is all about free and fair elections, and the project he has been working on is a real eye-opener.
When we hear about voter fraud, we conjure up images of shady individuals stuffing ballot boxes in the darkness of night while no one is looking, but the truth of the matter is most voter fraud is done out in the open in plain sight, which is why many people still believe it when Democrats tell them that voter fraud is rare. If you don’t notice it, you don’t know what’s going on. Davis is about to change that way of thinking.
Back in November, Davis processed a copy of the Georgia voter file where he discovered, among other things, about 35,000 votes that may have been cast with serious residency problems. To prove his suspicions, he started gathering corroborating evidence to support his analysis and now feels he has enough to begin sharing his conclusions because the end result at this point is inevitable.
“Let’s say John and Jane Doe decided in the spring of last year that they were going to move from Cobb County to Gwinnett County in June,” Davis wrote in a Facebook post, “so they put their house on the market, sold it, and bought a new home in Gwinnett.
“Before they moved, John and Jane jumped online and filed a Change of Address with the USPS. They used a credit or debit card to confirm their identity, gave the postal service their new address, and also gave them the “Move effective date” they wanted the change of address to go into effect.”
Davis said that soon after, that the couple would receive a “Move Validation Letter” from the Post Office, either through email or postal mail to confirm the address change. The USPS Move Validation Letter also provides a code that can be used online to either alter the change of address notification or cancel it. About five days prior to the moving effective data “the USPS also emailed and snail mailed a ‘Customer Notification Letter’, again containing a code the voter could use to change or cancel the change of address, or to alter the move effective date.”
READ Biden May Offer Reparations, Amnesty To Illegals Deported By Trump
“Once they moved, John and Jane got settled in as new residents of Gwinnett County,” Davis continued, “but for whatever reason, they didn’t get around to updating either their driver’s license or their voter registration by the time the November General election rolled around.”
Here’s the most important part of this story.
“Like about 110,000 other voters who moved from county ‘A’ to county ‘B’ and failed to update their registration in time, they found themselves in a bit of a predicament. They were no longer legal residents of their old county, and they were not registered to vote in their new county. Most of those folks did not cast unlawful ballots, but the data shows tens of thousands may have, including our John & Jane Doe.” [emphasis added]
“Following the election, John and Jane finally got around to updating their driver’s licenses, which would have also updated their voter registration, and the address they gave the Department of Motor Vehicles was the exact same one they gave the USPS originally when they moved.
What does the law say about what John & Jane appear to have done?
• OCGA 21-2-217 (6): ‘If a person removes to another county or municipality within this state with the intention of remaining there an indefinite time and making such other county or municipality such person’s place of residence, such person shall be considered to have lost such person’s residence in the former county or municipality, notwithstanding that such person may intend to return at some indefinite future period;’
• OCGA 21-2-218 (e): ‘Any provision of this chapter to the contrary notwithstanding, an elector who moves from one county or municipality to another after the fifth Monday prior to a primary or election may vote in the county or municipality or precinct in which such elector is registered to vote.’
• OCGA 21-2-218 (f): ‘No person shall vote in any county or municipality other than the county or municipality of such person’s residence except as provided in subsection (e) of this Code section.'”
It’s important to understand why it is illegal to cast a vote outside of the grace period in a county where you no longer live.
“A person who does that could be voting for a sheriff, county commissioner, school board member, state representative, state senator, or member of Congress who no longer represents them, or for a tax increase they will never have to pay,” Davis explained.
Here’s the crux of the residency issues that plague Georgia elections and I am certain elections in the other 49 states:
“By my count, so far there were 10,559 voters like John & Jane Doe, and there are an average of 57 more of these address updates coming in per day. Over 94% of these folks would have been given the opportunity to vote in a house district they no longer lived in. Over 86% would have been given the opportunity to vote in a senate district they no longer lived in. Almost 64% would have been given the opportunity to vote in a congressional district they no longer lived in.”
In other words, voters who told the USPS they were moving to a different county and did not notify the state election folks they were moving within 30 days of the election were not legally allowed to vote in either their old county or their new one and so far Davis has proof that 10,559 of them did.
With that said, and with more changes of address coming in every day from that original list of 35,000 people who moved from one county to another and illegally cast ballots, it is only a short matter of time before the number of people confirmed to have illegally voted in the 2020 Georgia election will surpass the 11,779 vote margin that declared Joe Biden the winner. At that point, they have to void the election results and decide how they are going to remedy it.
“As far as corroborating evidence,” Davis said, “that looks like a slam dunk to me.”
“… but what about the rest of the 35,000,” Davis asks.
Some of those people may have moved temporarily. For example, if a college student moves into a dorm at their school, which is in another county, they have the right to keep their voting address in their old county but ask the USPS to deliver their mail to their college address and still be allowed to vote according to Georgia law.
“If that was the case, they did not lose their residency, and their votes were lawful,” Davis concludes. “For that reason, I will not publish the list of voters, I will turn the data over only for an official investigation, and I will not accuse John & Jane, or any other voter of breaking the law. That isn’t my job. That will be up to law enforcement.”
And how many of the people who voted illegally may have also voted in the two Georgia Senate runoff elections? Someone should take a look at that as well.
So you see that voter fraud comes in all forms and fashions and the intent of the voter has no bearing on nullifying an election where the amount of fraud outpaces the margin of victory. Malfeasance or misfeasance aside, it is what it is. This is only one avenue of voter fraud that Davis picked to analyze based on his original findings from his analysis. This doesn’t get into the thousands of people who moved out of the state and voted in Georgia.
This with many other election irregularities is why the Georgia state legislature recently passed an election integrity law that Governor Brian Kemp signed. That’s the law that Stacey Abrams and her stenographers in the mainstream news media called voter suppression. The only thing suppressed in the new law is voter fraud and the Democrats don’t like it.

Dominion had executive control of the election in Maricopa County.
Arizona Election Officials Finally Make An Admission
By Steven Ahle
In what must be considered a shocker, Maricopa County did not have administrative control over the election in their county, Dominion Voting did. What could possibly go wrong with that? This is especially true after one exec at Dominion said he would do whatever it takes to keep Trump from winning. Who would hand over the control of their election to a private contractor?
A system administrator has the following duties:
System administrators are critical to the reliable and successful operation of an organization and its network operations center and data center. A sysadmin must have expertise with the system’s underlying platform (i.e., Windows, Linux) as well as be familiar with multiple areas including networking, backup, data restoration, IT security, database operations, middleware basics, load balancing, and more. Sysadmin tasks are not limited to server management, maintenance, and repair, but also any functions that support a smoothly running production environment with minimal (or no) complaints from customers and end users.
VIDEO OF THE DAY
System administrators are individuals who have access to the systems at their highest levels. If you wanted the change the way the vote came out there is no better way than to have administrative control. You can pretty much doi whatever you want under those circumstances and quite possibly did. The fact that the County does not have system administrators who have administrative access to the Dominion voting machines is a big concern.
From The Gateway Pundit
By allowing Dominion to have the administration access only, the County has basically turned over the system to the Dominion voting machine system people. There is no IT control here because that’s been ceded to Dominion.
By the way, in general, most frauds that include IT-related processes have at least one IT person involved in the fraud.
This shows that the election was not run by the County, it was in essence subcontracted to Dominion which is likely not provided for in the law. The election function should be run by County election employees, not some subcontractor.

Turn Over Routers or Face Subpoenas, Arizona Lawmakers Tell Maricopa County
BY ZACHARY STIEBER
May 8, 2021 Updated: May 8, 2021
Legislators in Arizona and officials in the state’s largest county clashed anew this week over election audit subpoenas, with county officials refusing to hand over routers and claiming they do not have passwords to access administrative control functions of election machines.
Arizona’s Senate told Maricopa County on Friday that it would issue subpoenas for live testimony from the county’s Board of Supervisors unless it received the materials that are being withheld.
“We’ve been asked to relay that the Senate views the County’s explanations on the router and passwords issues as inadequate and potentially incorrect,” a lawyer for the Senate said in an email to county officials.
The Arizona Senate subpoenaed a slew of election materials, such as ballots, following the 2020 election. Lawmakers also issued subpoenas for election machines, passwords, and other technology.
Maricopa County alleged in a lawsuit that the request for materials was overly broad and threatened voter privacy. A judge, though, ruled that they were “the equivalent of a Court order.” But the county said this week it is not turning over routers or router images, claiming that doing so poses a significant security risk to law enforcement.
The county has also informed the Senate’s audit liaison, former Republican Secretary of State Ken Bennett, that it does not have passwords to access administrative functions on Dominion Voting Systems machines that were used to scan ballots during the election.
“They’ve told us that they don’t have that second password, or that they’ve given us all the passwords they have. They’ve also told us that they now can’t, as they promised a couple weeks ago, provide our subcontractors with the virtual access to the routers and hubs and other things at the Maricopa County tabulation and election center, as was part of the subpoenas,” Bennett told One America News at the site of the audit in Phoenix.
John Brakey, a Democrat who is serving as an assistant to Bennett, told the broadcaster that he was “blown away” by the password development.
“It’s like leasing a car and they refuse to give you the keys. They’re supposed to be running the election. You know what’s wrong? Sometimes these vendors have too much power, and we’re voting on secret software, and that’s why this recount down here is very important,” he added.
Jack Sellers, the Republican chairman of the Maricopa County board, said Friday that he is angered by allegations of corruption and would not address every allegation, but would speak to the password issue.
“The specific password and security tokens Ken Bennett referenced this week provide access to proprietary firmware and source code. Elections administrators do not need to access this information to hold an election, and we do not have it in our custody,” he said in a statement.

The county board called an emergency meeting later on Friday. The board was going to consider legal advice and litigation regarding its non-compliance with the Senate subpoenas.
In a response to the Senate’s lawyer, Allister Adel, Maricopa County’s attorney, said that the county has “already produced every password and security key for the tabulators that is [sic] within the County’s possession.”
“It does not have any others,” Adel added. The county is working to figure out if there is “a safe manner” to get the Senate information from the routers without risking non-election data.
Dominion, whose machines are used in about half of U.S. states, did not respond to a request for comment. The company has said it supports forensic audits by federally-accredited laboratories and that Cyber Ninjas, which is leading the Arizona audit, is not verified.
Both Dominion and Sellers noted that Maricopa County contracted its own audits, one for machines and another for ballots.
But Brakey, the assistant Senate liaison, has called the description of those audits misleading. The ballot batches were picked beforehand and auditors only analyzed a small percentage of the ballots cast in the election, he said, while the machine testing could only determine whether the technology was working well at the time of the review.
“They claim that’s an audit. I call it fatally flawed,” he told One America News.
Maricopa County Sheriff Paul Penzone, meanwhile, joined other county officials in decrying the Senate’s attempt to obtain the routers.
“Its most recent demands jeopardize the entire mission of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office,” he said in a statement.
“We are talking about confidential, sensitive, and highly-classified law enforcement data and equipment that will be permanently compromised. The current course is mind-numbingly reckless and irresponsible. I look forward to briefing them on the horrendous consequences of this demand and the breadth of its negative impact on the public safety in this County.”

It appears that the elderly were crawling across broken glass to vote for Biden...100% turnout.
According to DePerno, there were 1,061 “phantom” ballots found in Antrim County during the 2020 election.
Attorney DePerno also contends there was nearly 100% turnout between ages 65 and 80 in the county despite the threat of the coronavirus.

DePerno says 1,061 ballots are not in the state database and do not exist on voter rolls, meaning they are likely phantom ballots.
DePerno explains that in the December hand recount of Antrim county, there was a total of 15,952 ballots counted; however, Secretary of State Benson’s official database only had 14,901 ballots which means there exists 1,061 extra ballots not on the voter rolls, i.e., “phantom” ballots.
image.png
Phantom ballots could explain what happened at the hand recount in December when volunteers were told to count approximately 138 ballots with the very same signature. Despite their repeated objections and attempts to challenge the problem ballots, the Secretary of State official said, “That’s not your role at this very moment” and pushed the volunteers to count the ballots and finish the audit.
Based upon these findings, DePerno is not only demanding a complete audit, but due to false statements by officials who attributed the fraud to human error, DePerno is also amending William Bailey’s complaint to sue Sheryl Guy, Election Source, Jocelyn Benson and Jonathan Brater.
He states:“Elected officials are charged with following the law, not hiding information and lying to their constituents in order to defraud and marginalize their right to vote.”
Seems as though we need to add several more elected officials to the list.Last edited by MAL; 05-09-2021, 01:05 AM.

MI Sec of State Official Caught On Video Telling Volunteers To Count “Multiple Ballots with the very Same Signature” During “Audit” Of Votes In Antrim County
By Jim Hoft
Published December 18, 2020 at 2:58pm
Constitutional Attorney Matthew DePerno is an American hero. Two weeks ago, Michigan 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin A Elsenheimer agreed to allow Mr. DePerno’s client, William Bailey, and a highly skilled team of IT experts to perform a forensic examination on 16 of the Dominion voting machines in Antrim County. On Monday, Judge Elsenheimer agreed to allow the results of the forensic examination to be released to the public. The results were damning.
THE REPORT:
After the forensic examination of 16 Dominion Voting machines in Antrim, Co., MI, Allied Security Operations Group has concluded that the Dominion Voting machines were assigned a 68.05% error rate. DePerno explained that when ballots are put through the machine, a whopping 68.05% error rate means that 68.05% of the ballots are sent for bulk adjudication, which means they collect the ballots in a folder. “The ballots are sent somewhere where people in another location can change the vote,” DePerno explained. The allowable election error rate established by the Federal Election Commission guidelines is 1 in 250,000 ballots or .0008%.
Based on the Allied Security Operations report, Constitutional Attorney Matthew DePerno states: “we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified.
The stunning report was widely criticized by the Democrat Party mainstream media and by the dishonest Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson.
TRENDING: Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Holds Emergency Meeting After AZ Senate Threatens Legal Action for Not Providing Passwords and Routers
Following the bombshell findings by Mr. DePerno and his team of IT experts, a “risk-limited audit” was ordered by Sec. of State Benson. Constitutional Attorney Matt DePerno was invited to observe the “risk-limiting audit” of Antrim County’s vote that took place yesterday in the Kearney Twp. hall in Bellaire, MI., where 6 officials from the Secretary of State continuously walked around the room observing and correcting the counters who dared to stray from their objectives.
According to Verified Voting: The risk-limiting audit process can be conducted on any set of paper ballots that has a record of the number of ballots cast, how they are stored, and how to retrieve any particular ballot (ballot manifest). For an RLA to meaningfully support confidence in the reported election outcome, the standard is higher, and requires the following:
Paper ballots preferably marked by hand and supplemented with a ballot marking device for those who need to use one.
A deliberate and intentional step for a voter to check the paper ballot for accuracy before casting the ballot (voter verification).
Rigorous ballot accounting and a properly maintained chain of custody of the ballots.
If photographic evidence proves seals on the Dominion voting machines were broken on November 27, how can a “properly maintained chain of custody of ballots” be assured. The answer is, it can’t.
Before her so-called audit was completed, Sec of State Benson explained the purpose of the “risk limited audit” to the media while ensuring the integrity of the elections in Michigan:“While we know the machine tabulators functioned properly in Antrim, we are conducting this audit to assure the public of what countless officials from both parties at the federal, state and local levels have already confirmed – that this was the most secure election in our nation’s history and the certified results are an accurate reflection of the will of the voters,” adding, “It is time for Michigan, and the nation to once and for all dismiss the meritless disinformation campaign that seeks to undermine the integrity of our election and move forward in support of our collective democracy.”
Mr. DePerno, who acted as an observer to the “risk-limited audit,” doesn’t agree with Ms. Benson about the integrity of Michigan’s election and has provided us with video and photographic evidence to prove that he was again able to debunk her statement about the “most secure election in our nation’s history.”
The first video provided by Matthew DePerno shows a bin of ballots from Mancelona Township, Precinct #1. The bin was delivered to three of the 20 bi-partisan volunteers that included several Antrim Co. city clerks who agreed to assist with the “risk-limited audit.”
Inside the bin, tabulated ballots were mixed in with ballots that were never tabulated, and several blank ballots were mixed in as well. Mr. DePerno referred to the bin of ballots as “an absolute mess!” On December 16, we reported about photographs taken at Mancelona Township’s Precinct #1 on November 27, 2020, that showed both of the security seals on the Dominion Voting machine were missing.
The second video was taken at a table where ballots were being counted in Helena Twp. The volunteers can be seen questioning why there were fewer ballots in the bin than the original number that was recorded in the previous recount? Shortly after asking the question, a male SOS official approached the table with a bag marked “spoiled ballots” and told them to count them. ATtorney Matt DePerno witnessed the unidentified male SOS rep pulling the “spoiled ballot bag out of the bin and delivering it to the volunteers who were “auditing” the ballots. DePerno also witnessed the SOS official telling them to add the “spoiled ballots” to the count.
The third video was taken at a table where the ballots from Central Lake Twp. were being counted. In the video, a male counter can be seen questioning “multiple ballots with the same signature.” According to Matthew DePerno, 138 ballots had write-in-votes where the penmanship was exactly the same.
In the video below, the SOS official can be seen demanding that the counters ignore what they believe is voter fraud and count the ballots.
“We need to do the counts because if we don’t have the counts, then we can’t move forward. And we understand that there is a concern with this precinct—but this is not a time for you to be investigating right now.”
“Did you find something else?” the male counter asks.
“No,” she replies, adding, “So, you need to move forward with the audit, so we can get the numbers, so we can see how many ballots are here.”
The female counter asks, “So when we’re done with the audit, there’s still the opportunity to challenge the fact that we have multiple ballots with the very same signature?” she asks.
“I don’t know if ‘challenge’ is the right word,” the SOS official says.
“But we’re challenging—” the volunteer says.
The male volunteer tells the SOS, “We’ll go ahead and count the ballots moving forward, but we will separate out, and count those— there’s going to be an asterisk, saying ‘these ballots have the same signature.'”
“And again, we know that you have a concern with this precinct,” she tells them, explaining, “That’s not your role at this very moment,” as she continues to push for them to ignore the multiple matching signatures and only count the ballots.
“What I need you to do right now is finish the audit,” she tells them again. Both of the volunteers explain that they are going to make a note of the ballots, to which the SOS official replies, “Again, that is not the process.”
The SOS official implores them to continue to count the presidential ballots.
At no point does the SOS official assure them that the issue of the multiple potentially fraudulent ballots will be addressed, but instead demands that they count them as if they were all legitimate ballots.
In this video, the SOS official can be seen telling the volunteers who are objecting to adding the ballots in question to the vote total, “This is not an investigation right now!”
On December 16, one day after Dominion Voting Systems CEO John Poulos testified in front of the MI Senate Oversight Committee, Mr. DePerno contacted us to say Poulos was incorrect in his statement that the ballots were securely stored. In fact, Mr. Derno provided us with photos showing seals were broken on one of the tabulators. DePerno explained, “In Central Lake, the lock that protects the side data port where you can insert a thumb drive in order to perform a software upgrade, that could change the program, was missing.” He explains, “The missing lock gives the ability of any person, including a voter to change the Dominion Voting machine program.”
Mr. DePerno explained to us that once the seals are broken, and the lock is removed, the integrity of the machines has been compromised. “It definitely showed that someone had accessed the inside of the tabulator, and it no longer represents a secure voting platform,” DePerno said.
The bin (or box) seen in the image below is where the ballots are stored. DePerno explained, “If you remove the tape, it gives you the ability to separate the tabulator from the box that contains the ballots.”
The photo below shows the stack of ballots in Central Lake that were cast for Joe Biden. The ballots that are pulled forward are all ballots that the counters pulled forward after objecting to the legitimacy of the ballots.
Mr. DePerno was stunned by the number of blank ballots that were mixed in with actual ballots, saying that he believes he observed more blank ballots in the recount than there are registered voters in Antrim County.
DePerno told us, “The guidelines from RLA were not followed. What they did yesterday was not an audit under those guidelines. It was a hand recount of the presidential race only and failed to address many of the problems with down-ballot races. Members of the public who assisted in the hand recount were not allowed to ask any questions or question any ballots. This hand recount also failed to address any of the glaring problems from the erroneous counts conducted on November 3 and November 6. Yesterday was nothing more than political theatre designed to allow the Secretary of State to again publish the same false narrative to the Michigan voters. Yesterday, when the people conducting the count dared ask questions, they were shut down.”
DePerno’s forensic and photographic evidence should be enough to call the entire Michigan election into question. Will the media or the courts care, or have we now entered a period in our nation’s history where we have officially become a Banana Republica after decades of Republicans ignoring the corruption of our media and our judicial system.Last edited by MAL; 05-09-2021, 01:38 AM.
