It's a stretch to call January 6 an Insurrection. Only the Republicans would participate in a mostly peaceful insurrection. They didn't kill anybody...they didn't light anything on fire...they were invited in with opening doors...A few of them were unruly, but what would you expect under the circumstances.

"Definition of insurrection : an act or instance of revolting against civil authority or an established government"

By that definition BLM/ANTIFA are having an insurrection every day...but that doesn't bother you. What is the difference between the two that allows you to condemn one but not the other...In terms of lawlessness one is about 10,000 times worse than the other. Every single day BLM/ANTIFA do more damage, kill and injure more people and break more laws, than what we saw on January 6th.

As a conservative I expect to be held to a higher standard, but I don't expect there to be no standards for Democrats. Statistically, liberal leaning people are more likely to be killers, rapist, criminals, pedophiles and are less charitable...with their own money. Why don't we raise the standards on the Democrat party.

Data Files Reportedly Deleted in Arizona Before Providing Machines to Senate Auditors May Have Been Recovered by the Audit Team

      By Joe Hoft
      Published May 16, 2021 at 12:15pm

This past week we reported the bombshell that there were files that were erased from the machines requested to audit in Maricopa County only days before providing the machines to the Senate’s auditors.

On Saturday it was reported that there is speculation going around the net (Codemonkey is back) that:
The image is of all the files that have been UNDELETED. That shows it was recovered by the forensic IT teams. It’s not to show us that they were deleted it is to show that they HAVE IT ALL.

      • HOT POTATO – Not the Sec of State (Katie Hobbs), Not the Election Vendor (Dominion), and Not the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, NO ONE, Is Admitting Illegally Deleting Files Requested by Senate Auditors

        By Joe Hoft
        Published May 16, 2021 at 5:00pm

        Who deleted the files

CodeMonkeyZ (CMZ) provided explosive perspectives on the 2020 Election after the election by relying on his Cyber Security and IT expertise and applying it to the election. He, like many others, was banned from Twitter. He is reborn in Telegraph.

Last night CMZ released a number of posts on Telegraph. In this first post, CMZ provides a memo from the President of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS), Jack Sellers. In it, Sellers labels the Senate and anyone who wants to perform a legitimate audit of the County’s results backing “lies and half-truths”.

Sellers admits deleting files from voting machines is a crime. He says, “the claim that our employees deleted election files and destroyed evidence is outrageous.” We know that but he doesn’t his team didn’t do that.

TRENDING: BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: TGP Reporter Confronts Soros-Backed Maricopa County Sheriff After His Meltdown Over Router Request (VIDEO)

As CMZ notes, Sellers never says the files were not deleted. He leaves the question open, who selected the files.

If the County didn’t delete the files, and this seems supported by the fact the county didn’t have admin passwords, then who deleted the files?

CMZ notes that there are laws that make deleting files of this type related to elections criminal acts. The AZ Secretary of State is required to keep the source code related to every election. We don’t know if this was done.

We reported that Dominion (the vendor) provided the admin passwords to the county a few months ago:

Now the potato is getting hot and the and no one wants to get caught with it. The blame game of who illegally deleted the files provided to the AZ Senate auditors is on fire.

We’ll have to wait and see who ends up getting cooked.

Easy MAL, I was agreeing with you. I was simply stating that I found it unbecoming of the congressman to be placing furniture in front of the door. He should have welcomed them in and shown them around. I have been on hundreds of field trips and I would have been on the phone as soon as I got back to the school if we were treated that way. They were very well behaved, but then again, if you are waving the flag or carrying banners honoring the President, doesn't behavior become Patriotic anyway? I will say this, I do encourage youngsters on field trips to use the lavatory and to not leave a mess........

            • If you believe Biden won, you are in the minority.

A Majority of Voters Think Cheating Affected the Results of the 2020 Election

BY MATT MARGOLIS APR 14, 2021

The Supreme Court may have refused to hear any challenges to the 2020 presidential election, but that may prove to be a huge mistake as a majority of voters believe that cheating affected the outcome of the presidential election.

According to Rasmussen Reports, “Seventy-four percent (74%) of Republicans believe it is likely last year’s presidential election was affected by cheating, a view shared by 30% of Democrats and 51% of voters not affiliated with either major party.”

Think about that. Nearly a third of Democrats admitted that they believe cheating may have impacted the result—meaning that they think Trump may have been the legitimate winner of the election.

Overall, a majority of all voters, 51 percent, believe it is likely that cheating affected the outcome—35 percent say it’s very likely.

“Concerns about cheating have plagued President Joe Biden ever since Election Day,” explains Rasmussen. “In November, a Rasmussen Reports survey found 47% of voters believed it was likely that Democrats stole votes or destroyed pro-Trump ballots in several states to ensure that Biden would win. An overwhelming majority of GOP voters believe Democrats cheated in 2020. Republican officials have responded by launching an election integrity project to make it ‘easier to vote and harder to cheat.”

The poll also found that voters are far more concerned with election integrity than they are making it easier to vote. “Asked which is more important, making it easier for everybody to vote, or making sure there is no cheating in elections, 60% of Likely Voters say it’s more important to prevent cheating, while 37% said it’s more important to make it easier to vote,” explains Rasmussen. “Only 22% of voters say it is currently too hard to vote, while 34% said it’s too easy to vote, and 41% say the level of difficulty in voting is about right.”

Democrats have long claimed that efforts to ensure the integrity of elections are racist, but the desire to prevent cheating in elections transcends race, and all races overwhelmingly reject the notion that voter ID laws discriminate.

“Majorities of all racial groups – 59% of whites, 56% of blacks and 63% of other minority voters – say it is more important to make sure there is no cheating in elections than to make it easier to vote,” reports Rasmussen. “Likewise, majorities of all racial groups – 64% of whites, 59% of blacks and 58% of other minority voters – reject the claim that voter ID laws discriminate against some voters.” However, 61 percent of Democrats are more concerned with making it easier to vote than they are about election integrity.

This Map Shows San Francisco Is Covered in Human Poop

Fecal matter is elusive, and doesn’t necessarily register until it’s crusted on the bottom of your shoe. But there might be a dark cloud of poo hovering above your city, as evidenced by this stinky, stinky map.

Citing human waste reports made in San Francisco, software engineer Jenn Wong mapped the city’s most poop-ridden neighborhoods, and it is a feast for watery eyes. Her project, called Human Wasteland, is pretty exhaustive, listing reports made by individual 311 calls from 2008-2015. If there was a frantic call made to city authorities about a steaming pile over that seven-year period, it’s listed in Wong’s map in the form of that ubiquitous poop emoji.

The map details every poop citing on a monthly basis, too. For example, here’s the literal crapshoot of San Francisco in January, 2015.

This isn’t a map of errant dog turds, mind you, but of human waste. Wong tells Thrillist in an email that her map is meant to shed light on the issue of homelessness in San Francisco, which is pervasive: “Because of [the map’s] popularity,” she writes “the issue of homelessness in San Francisco resurfaced in the media, which means there's X many more people aware of this problem and how they can help. I feel lucky to have been part of that.”

The map is also predictive of whether you’ll encounter a poo-river or turd-minefield while walking down the street in SF, because it’s got a search function.

Wong says her map has gotten 135,000 views since she first started compiling the data in November 2014. Considering its popularity -- and its use for public service and promoting awareness of an important issue -- it surely deserves more.

UPDATE: Voting Machines in Fayette County PA Are Not Counting GOP Votes – Fayette County Uses Dominion Voting Machines

As Cristina Laila reported earlier — Elections officials in a Pennsylvania County are working to resolve a problem dealing with voting machines rejecting ballots.

Voting machines in Fayette County are only rejecting Republican ballots, according to Chris Varney, Judge of Elections.

At first, Varney was under the impression that there was a problem will the barcodes on all ballots, but it turns out only Republican ballots are being rejected.

                      How strange.

It is unclear when the problem will be resolved.

In the meantime, elections officials are collecting the Republican ballots and storing them in the back of the voting machines.

We witnessed this several times during the 2020 election cycle.

                      Now this…
According to the Fayette County government website the county uses Dominion Voting machines.

Fayette County put in the Dominion Machines in early 2020.

Uniontown, PA – For the next three months, Fayette County Election Bureau officials will be hard at work preparing for their first Election Day with the county’s new voting system.

Representatives from the Denver, Colo.-based Dominion Voting Systems met with election employees and Fayette County commissioners Wednesday afternoon to kick off the county’s latest venture.

Founded in 2002 in Toronto, Canada, Dominion Voting Systems sells electronic voting hardware and software, including voting machines and tabulators, to municipalities and other organizations across North America. As of September 2019, Dominion voting machines are used in more than 2,000 jurisdictions in 33 states and Puerto Rico.

Six Months After 2020 Election, Fulton County, Georgia Is Still Missing Legally Required Chain of Custody Documentation on Nearly 19,000 Ballots

                        By Joe Hoft

Six months after the 2020 Election, the legally required chain of custody documentation for over 18,000 ballots is still missing in Fulton County (Atlanta) Georgia. The related ballots are effectively illegitimate without the legally required documentation.

We’ve reported for months that the chain of custody documentation in the state of Georgia for absentee ballots is missing for hundreds of thousands of ballots (most likely all for Biden). Biden was awarded the state of Georgia by the likes of Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and his sidekick, Gabe Sterling, with a winning margin of roughly 10,000 ballots. They certified the state’s results with this legally required documentation missing.

The Virginia Star is reporting today:
Six months after the November 3, 2020 election, Fulton County has failed to produce complete chain of custody documents for 18,901 vote-by-mail absentee ballots deposited by voters into drop boxes.

The Fulton County missing documentation is a little more than five percent of the estimated 333,000 vote-by-mail absentee ballots cast in the November 3, 2020 general election for which chain of custody documentation is still missing.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has refused to collect, count, and verify the chain of custody documentation associated with an estimated 600,000 absentee vote by mail ballots deposited in drop boxes in the 2020 general election. Instead, Raffensperger has said it is a county responsibility. The Georgia Star News has filed Open Records Requests with all 159 counties in the state to obtain this documentation and report on it to the public.

The Trump team should file legal charges today against the state of Georgia and its corrupt Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger for certifying the election with this documentation missing.
These invalid ballots are more than enough to give the state to the rightful winner, President Donald Trump.

Georgia Judge Decides to Unseal Absentee Ballots in Fulton County for Review

                            BY ZACHARY STIEBER

                            May 21, 2021 Updated: May 21, 2021

A judge in Georgia on Friday ruled to unseal absentee ballots submitted in the 2020 presidential election.

Petitioners in an ongoing case will be able to go to where the ballots are stored in Fulton County, Henry County Superior Court Judge Brian Amero said at the conclusion of a hearing.

Amero plans to issue an order soon that will set forth protocols governing a fresh scanning of the ballots, which will be done by county workers while petitioners and their experts observe.

A group of voters filed a petition last year asking for a forensic inspection of mail-in ballots that were sent in for the 2020 election. The petition alleged an abnormal vote increase for Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden and an abnormal reduction in President Donald Trump’s tabulation, among other alleged abnormalities.

Amero allowed the petitioners in March access to scanned images of the ballots, but attorneys for the petitioners argued in court that the resolution, 200 dots per inch (DPI), was too low to perform proper analysis.

The petitioners asked for images at 600 DPI or higher, and access to the ballots themselves.

David Sawyer, a forensics expert, testified for the petitioners. He said he identified a discrepancy in the number of batches that were received by petitioners and the number that Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s office listed as having been examined in a risk-limiting audit.

He told the judge that direct access to ballots would be best “because that’s the original evidence, and that’s the best evidence.”

Lawyers for Fulton County and Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr, a Republican, argued that letting the petitioners examine the ballots outside of the presence of county workers would violate federal law. They also said a “citizen audit” wasn’t provided for in state law. If the judge allowed such an audit, he should pick the auditing team or allow the parties to reach an agreement on which firms should do the audit, they added.

Amero assured them he was largely of the same mind.

“I have no inclination at all to release these ballots to anyone other than the clerk or the county,” he said.

But he pushed back on the notion that petitioners did not have the ability to get better scans of the ballots or visually inspect them.

“That seems to be something that they have the authority and the right to do,” he said.

“I have never seen in this case a motion to dismiss from anyone for any reason and in the absence of considering things in that way then this does take the form of a civil case where there is some discovery” under state law, he said.

The parties are scheduled to meet at the Fulton County ballot storage location on May 28.

Raffensperger told The Epoch Times via email: “From day one I have encouraged Georgians with concerns about the election in their counties to pursue those claims through legal avenues. Fulton County has a long standing history of election mismanagement that has understandably weakened voters’ faith in its system. Allowing this audit provides another layer of transparency and citizen engagement.”

Raffensperger, who asked the judge last month not to grant petitioners access to the physical ballots, will have a representative present next week.

Fulton County did not return an inquiry.

Georgia Back In Play, Sampling Shows 21% Duplicate Ballots Counted

                              By Steven Ahle
Gabe Sterling who was personally hired by crooked SOS Brad Raffensperger watched the video of a woman running the same batch of votes through the tabulator 2 or 3 times.

And after watching it, he declared that it was a totally normal operating procedure. Well, it might be for Democrats, however a judge who watched the same video has disagreed.

So, now there will be a complete audit of the mail-in ballots in Fulton County.

Sterling tried to head it off and he was also the man who sent a letter to Arizona demanding that they not audit the votes in Maricopa County.

He had an ulterior motive perhaps. If the audit in Arizona proved fraud or a massive error, then there would be an audit in Georgia, which no Democrat wants to see, but see it they will beginning on May 28th at 10:00 am.

So, what prompted the judge to order an audit? Well, the woman running the same ballots multiple times was a factor. But, what really set it off was when they did sample sets of votes.

In the initial sample, 21% of the ballots reviewed were duplicates. That’s a lot of duplicates. And we are talking about a state in which Trump lost by less than 12,000 votes.

Gabe Sterling was hired for his job as the SoS COO (Chief Operations Officer) by Raffensperger shortly after he was elected SoS in November 2018.

He worked with Dominion Voting during the election and like his boss, he refused to do anything about multiple errors or things that were intentional errors.

They continue to insist it was an honest and secure election. You may laugh now.

                              From The Gateway Pundit

We can summarize that Sterling had a gmail account so everything Sterling as a state employee sent and received via any private email account escaped the public’s scrutiny and would remain a secret. If the public submits an Open Records Act request of his emails – its right, by law – it will get nothing back because a private email account falls outside the legal scope of such a request. This clearly must go against some state ethics law.

We know that the use of a private email account was Hillary Clinton’s favorite technique for evading public disclosure and hiding her illicit activities.
