I would actually go fishing with him even with all of his election BS. When I read he was an allowed into the Republican governors convention I actually felt sorry for him. Poor guy, he just fell into the wrong crowd and traveled all that way just to be turned away at the door. And I’m not even being sarcastic I actually felt bad and I really do believe he is a nice guy.
Here is the Republican party platform in 1860...I am not seeing a leftist agenda. Even the Rail Road could be seen as a give away to big business. When you make bold claims about Lincoln, you should back it up with something...anything at all would be fine...but to claim that Lincoln was a leftist with zero evidence is not very believable.

"Resolved, That we, the delegated representatives of the Republican electors of the United States, in convention assembled, in discharge of the duty we owe to our constituent and our country, unite in the following declarations:
    1. That the history of the nation during the last four years has fully established the propriety and necessity of the organization and perpetuation of the republican party, and that the causes which called it into existence are permanent in their nature, and now more than ever before demand its peaceful and constitutional triumph.

    2. That the maintenance of the principles promulgated in the Declaration of Independence and embodied in the Federal Constitution, "That all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed," is essential to the preservation of our Republican institutions; and that the Federal Constitution, the rights of the states, and the Union of the states, must and shall be preserved.

    3. That to the Union of the States this nation owes its unprecedented increase in population; its surprising development of material resources; its rapid augmentation of wealth; its happiness at home and its honor abroad; and we hold in abhorrence all schemes for disunion, come from whatever source they may; and we congratulate the country that no republican member of congress has uttered or countenanced the threats of disunion so often made by democratic members, without rebuke and with applause from their political associates; and we denounce those threats of disunion, in case of a popular overthrow of their ascendancy, as denying the vital principles of a free government, and as an avowal of contemplated treason, which it is the imperative duty of an indignant people sternly to rebuke and forever silence.

    4. That the maintenance inviolate of the rights of the states, and especially the right of each state, to order and control its own domestic institutions according to its own judgment exclusively, is essential to that balance of power on which the perfection and endurance of our political fabric depends, and we denounce the lawless invasion by armed force of the soil of any state or territory, no matter under what pretext, as among the gravest of crimes.

    5. That the present Democratic Administration has far exceeded our worst apprehension in its measureless subserviency to the exactions of a sectional interest, as is especially evident in its desperate exertions to force the infamous Lecompton constitution upon the protesting people of Kansas - in construing the personal relation between master and servant to involve an unqualified property in persons - in its attempted enforcement everywhere, on land and sea, through the intervention of congress and of the federal courts, of the extreme pretensions of a purely local interest, and in its general and unvarying abuse of the power entrusted to it by a confiding people.

    6. That the people justly view with alarm the reckless extravagance which pervades every department of the Federal Government; that a return to rigid economy and accountability is indispensable to arrest the systematic plunder of the public treasury by favored partisans; while the recent startling developments of frauds and corruptions at the federal metropolis, show that an entire change of Administration is imperatively demanded.
    7. That the new dogma that the Constitution of its own force carries slavery into any or all of the territories of the United States, is a dangerous political heresy, at variance with the explicit provisions of that instrument itself, with cotemporaneous exposition, and with legislative and judicial precedent, is revolutionary in its tendency and subversive of the peace and harmony of the country.

    8. That the normal condition of all the territory of the United States is that of freedom; that as our republican fathers, when they had abolished slavery in all our national territory, ordained that no "person should be deprived of life, liberty or property, without due process of law," it becomes our duty, by legislation, whenever such legislation is necessary, to maintain this provision of the constitution against all attempts to violate it; and we deny the authority of congress, of a territorial legislature, or of any individuals, to give legal existence to slavery in any territory of the United States.

    9. That we brand the recent re-opening of the African Slave Trade, under the cover of our national flag, aided by perversions of judicial power, as a crime against humanity, and a burning shame to our country and age, and we call upon congress to take prompt and efficient measures for the total and final suppression of that execrable traffic.

    10. That in the recent vetoes by the federal governors of the acts of the Legislatures of Kansas and Nebraska, prohibiting slavery in those territories, we find a practical illustration of the boasted democratic principle of non- intervention and popular sovereignty, embodied in the Kansas-Nebraska bill, and a demonstration of the deception and fraud involved therein.

    11. That Kansas should of right be immediately admitted as a state, under the constitution recently formed and adopted by her people, and accepted by the House of Representatives.

    12. That while providing revenue for the support of the general government by duties upon imports, sound policy requires such an adjustment of these imposts as to encourage the development of the industrial interests of the whole country, and we commend that policy of national exchanges which secures to the workingmen liberal wages, to agriculture remunerating prices, to mechanics and manufacturers an adequate reward for their skill, labor and enterprise, and to the nation commercial prosperity and independence.

    13. That we protest against any sale or alienation to others of the public lands held by actual settlers, and against any view of the free homestead policy which regards the settlers as paupers or suppliants for public bounty, and we demand the passage by congress of the complete and satisfactory homestead measure which has already passed the house.

    14. That the Republican Party is opposed to any change in our naturalization laws, or any state legislation by which the rights of citizenship hitherto accorded by emigrants from foreign lands shall be abridged or impaired; and in favor of giving a full and efficient protection to the rights of all classes of citizens, whether native or naturalized, both at home and abroad.

    15. That appropriation by Congress for river and Harbor improvements of a National character, required for the accommodation and security of an existing commerce, are authorized by the constitution and justified by the obligation of Government to protect the lives and property of its citizens.

    16. That a railroad to the Pacific ocean is imperatively demanded by the interests of the whole country; that the Federal Government ought to render immediate and efficient aid in its construction; and that, as preliminary thereto, a daily overland mail should be promptly established.

    17. Finally, having thus set forth our distinctive principles and views, we invite the coöperation of all citizens, however differing on other questions who substantially agree with us in their affirmance and support.
Supplementary Resolution. Resolved, That we deeply sympathize with those men who have been driven, some from their native States and others from the States of their adoption, and are now exiled from their homes on account of their opinions; and we hold the Democratic Party responsible for this gross violation of that clause of the Constitution which declares that the citizens of each State shall be entitled to all the privileges and immunities of citizens in the several States."

    • Pennsylvania County Votes to Investigate Voting Machines Over ‘Errors’

Luzerne County council votes to allow a district attorney to investigate issues reported during last week's election
      BY JACK PHILLIPS

      May 28, 2021 Updated: May 28, 2021

A county council in northeastern Pennsylvania on Tuesday voted to allow the local District Attorney’s office to investigate the May 18 primary election after officials and voters reported issues with voting equipment at polling places.

Luzerne County Councilman Walter Griffith proposed the district attorney investigate the mid-May election and made note of the on-screen ballot mislabeling error as well as other issues, arguing that it is needed because many voters are “disenfranchised and concerned about the integrity of the election process,” reported the local Times Leader newspaper. All 10 County Council members present approved the initiative, with one council member absent.

His resolution asks prosecutors to investigate Dominion Voting Systems’ machines’ programming and company practices.

The district attorney, Sam Sanguedolce, told the paper earlier this week that his office will look into any allegations of possible criminal conduct relating to the primary. “Without integrity in our elections, the public cannot trust the remainder of our democratic process,” he said.

When officials reported the on-screen errors on Dominion Voting Systems machines, the firm said that the county’s election chief “confirmed that there is a ballot screen error that is confined to the header on the viewing screen of the machine, and that all ballots are printing correctly with the Republican header and the Republican primary election races.”

Dominion’s statement noted that officials have assured that all the ballots will be counted correctly and added that “we regret any confusion this has caused.”

Earlier this week, a staffer with Dominion, John Hastings, met with Luzerne County officials and later told Fox56 that the issue is an “error that we took and we are owning,” although company executive vice president of operations Nicole Nollette said it was a “human error” that caused a data entry typographical mistake in the heading at the top of the ballot.

Bob Morgan, Luzerne county election director, also told the local Fox affiliate station that he does not believe Dominion—or anyone else—”did that intentionally,” adding: “The moment we found out what the impact was we immediately sought to give advice to the public and it is our desire to never have that happen again.”

But during the election, Republican and Democrat voters—including a Democrat running for a county council term—had told local media outlets that they reported errors. It was confirmed by Morgan, who said that when some when Republican voters approached the machine to vote, the introduction page had read: “Official Democratic Ballot.”

“We want to assure everybody that what happens is when you are a registered Republican, we have a specific code for that ballot. And once we punch that code in, even though the header says something like ‘Democratic ballot,’ it’s actually for the races that are in the Republican party,” Morgan remarked last week. He said that despite the issues, votes will be counted correctly.

And Matthew Vough, the Democrat running for a county council term, told the Times Leader that voters told him that his name didn’t appear on their ballot. He said that some Democrats got the Republican ballot.

“Who knows how many Democrats voted for Republican nominees? Who knows how many votes I lost as a result? This error didn’t just affect Republicans,” Vough said, adding that he would suggest that the county drop Dominion.

The Epoch Times has contacted Dominion for comment on the County Council’s vote.

      • MAL. Prohibiting the expansion of the slavery west was considered a very leftist idea. Emancipation was so far left it would make AOC look like Barry Goldwater. By the way Google Dixiecrats. The parties changed When Goldwater and the Republican platform wanted to hold segregation. We are talking about 1960 Not 1860. Obviously this was very appealing to many in the south. The argument about Democrats being the party of slavery is such a shallow argument I have stepped in deeper puddles.

For example, if I am wearing a mask someone might ask me if it guarantees that I won’t get Covid or give it to someone else and I reply no there’s always a chance. They are like victory! Op Admitted defeat!

When I am asked if there has been any election fraud. I replied that I’m sure there has been and probably in every single election. Once again they raise their own hand and I walk off the mat.

Bottom line is great post! I hope you don’t mind me asking, math major? Or just naturally brighter than the average bulb?

          • Wisconsin Officially Launches Audit of 2020 Election

24 Comments / Voter Integrity / By Ideal Independent

Wisconsin becomes the next state to audit the 2020 election as voters still question the legitimacy of Joe Biden’s White House

Wisconsin is officially auditing the results of the 2020 Election, with the official announcement coming today according to Newsmax reporter Emerald Robinson.

Robinson announced on Twitter, “The state of Wisconsin authorized an audit of the 2020 election!”

The official audit was ordered almost three months ago by Republicans in the State Legislature, according to Newsweek.

The Joint Legislative Audit Committee voted to order the audit along party lines. The audit will be run by a non-partisan body.

Republicans argue that the measure is necessary to increase transparency in the highly controversial 2020 election, as well as our election system in general.

Since Biden only won Wisconsin by about 20,000 votes, it is imperative to ensure that voter fraud played no role in his victory.

Democrats voted against the measure unanimously, warning that an audit will erode trust in the system. This is despite the fact that a transparent audit is likely to restore some trust in a system with well documented irregularities in the 2020 election, widespread concerns over mail-in voting and lack of voter ID laws, and over a third of Americans believing that the election was stolen.

“I know that this audit will help people understand our elections better and hopefully put to rest concerns, and if there are some problems with administration, I’m confident we’ll fix them,” declared State Senator Robert Cowles (R-WI), co-chair of the Audit Committee.

            Facebook Finally Loses

The full forensic audit comes after Wisconsin only had a recount in two counties in the weeks following the 2020 election.

Unlike the statewide forensic audit, the recount did not throw out ballots if they were found to be illegitimate, thus rendering such efforts ineffective.

The audit also comes as a similar effort in Arizona continues to uncover irregularities and gain national attention. As National File has reported, ballot discrepancies in Arizona are as high as 17.5%, or one out of every six ballots.

Especially as Congressmen Matt Gaetz (R-FL) and Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) travel to Arizona to rally in support of the audit, audits in other states become more likely. The Wisconsin audit is expected to conclude in the fall of 2021.

I just searched your words "Prohibiting the expansion of the slavery west was considered a very leftist idea" There were no results that even came close to making that point. I am not in your Revisionist History 101 class. There was one Dixiecrat that changed parties..I think it was Strom Thurman. I could be mistaken on that but the math is the same...one = one.

Do you know what happened in 1964? "In the House of Representatives, the 1964 Civil Rights Act passed with 80% support from Republicans but only 63% support from Democrats. In the Senate, Dirksen had no trouble rounding up the votes of most Republicans, and former presidential candidate Richard Nixon lobbied hard for passage."

Lyndon Johnson, a Democrat signed the bill into law, but do you know what he said about signing it? "I will have those Ni**ers voting Democrat for the next 200 years" (the asterisks are g's)Kennedy used the FBI to spy on Dr. Martin Luther King.

In the 60's the Democrat party bought the black vote with welfare programs, but in the process they destroyed their families, their social mobility and they even claimed quite a few souls along the way. Your mistaking socialism for compassion...It is the exact opposite.

The Republican party believes that all men are created equal, but the Democrat party believes that some are more equal than others.

His calculations failed to recognize that 2 of those prosecutions account for 13,000 votes or attempted votes...and it also fails to recognize that with the secret ballot, most fraud goes unprosecuted.

                • Arguing over voter ID laws is actually kind of quaint and old fashioned.

The real danger to our nation are laws that would let state legislators override the votes in their states or strip the powers of election judges--putting Trumpists hacks in place of fair-minded officials. Imagine if Donald Trump had a secretary of state in Georgia who actually followed his command to find 11,000 votes. Imagine if election judges in Michigan refused to certify the results in Wayne County. The new GOP election proposals could make stuff like that actually happen.

It is easy to imagine a situation in 2022 or 2024 when a Democrat wins a state, but an election board or state legislature overrides the vote, citing some sort of contrived voter fraud or irregularities. That is the precise point where the nation shatters to pieces. The wealth, power, and standing of the United States will be replaced with chaos.

The question for the January 6 Republicans is this: Will that have been worth it?

January 6th showed which party is more law abiding and decent, If BLM/ANTIFA targeted that building there would be nothing left of it,

In Georgia, I showed you a video of Ruby Freeman and her crew counting 30,000 ballots after they kicked out the Republican poll watchers. Even if you argue that those ballots were legitimate, you can't explain why she ran them through the counter three times...IT'S ON VIDEO...and by the way, the inexplicable vote spike for Biden corresponds with Ruby Tuesday's after hours vote counting party.

In Michigan they tried to stop certification because the absentee ballot poll books at 70% of Detroit’s 134 absentee counting boards were found to be out of balance...the two Republicans rescinded their vote to stop certification after they received death threats.

The state legislatures have no choice in the matter...We The People are giving them no choice.

Pennsylvania May Be The Next State To Flip Votes To Trump

                    By Clark Kent

Patriotic American citizens have launched a petition to urge the Pennsylvania legislature to audit the results of the 2020 election, citing “alleged fraud” and numerous statistical abnormalities. The citizens demand a recount of certain votes and signature verification on mail ballots. A Trump stronghold in 2016, Pennsylvania certified its Electoral College votes for Democrat Joe Biden after a disputed paper ballot-counting effort in Philadelphia that alarmed civilians nationwide.

The petition at Auditthevotepa.com, drafted by freedom activist Toni L. Shuppe of Citizens For Free Speech, lays out a number of concerning anomalies and calls for an audit similar to the kind currently underway in Maricopa County, Arizona, where Republicans in the Arizona Senate tagged in the Cyber Ninjas group to search for evidence of fraud.

The Pennsylvania petition states the following: “To all Pennsylvania Representatives and Senators, I am writing this letter on behalf of myself and the other 10,000+ PA residents who have attached their signature. We are reaching out to voice our concern over the Pennsylvania 2020 election process, procedures, and alleged fraud to restore confidence in our entire election process moving forward. I speak on behalf of everyone who signed this letter when I say we are extremely disappointed at not just the handling of the election irregularities, but also what appears to be the blatant disregard for the rule of law in our home state…

In addition, on November 19th, the Pennsylvania House voted to approve a Republican-sponsored measure to set up a near-immediate audit of the 2020 election, citing inconsistencies and confusion in the electorate as evidence that the process must be improved for future elections in the state. The vote was 112 in favor of the audit and 90 against it. However, the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee ultimately rejected the request for an audit…

According to the votes.pa.com website, the purpose for a post-election audit is to detect errors, to deter fraudulent activity, to ensure votes were counted correctly, and to build voters’ trust in our elections. I have established below a list of irregularities that indicate enough cause for concern to perform a full investigative audit of the Pennsylvania 2020 General Election….” (READ THE FULL PETITION HERE)
READ Dominion was Onsite During Maricopa County’s EAC February Audits
“We believe this is more than enough evidence for WE THE PEOPLE to request a full investigative audit of the 2020 election…We are hereby requesting an investigative audit of the 2020 election to include the following:
                    1. Recounts for all in person votes cast on election day including provisional ballots. We request that these be cross referenced with the mail in ballots to make sure each person only voted once.
                    2. Recounts and audits including signature verification in accordance with Act 77 on all mail in ballots with an initial focus on Philadelphia and Allegheny counties.
                    3. Full forensic investigation on all electronic voting machines conducted by an independent audit company.
                    4. In order to allow time for a full forensic audit, we are requesting to push back the upcoming May primary elections for at least 90 days.

We are willing to help in this effort by donating our time free of charge to fully investigate and get to the bottom of these irregularities in our voting system to ensure the integrity of the vote moving forward. The initial batch of legislative meetings that were held in the month of February and March were completely insufficient and did not cover any of our concerns or address any of the irregularities that have been pointed out in this letter. It looked more like corporate paper pushing than an honest attempt at election integrity. This is not going away no matter how many times you tell us to just move on. Election records are saved for 22 months for this exact reason, and this should be a bipartisan issue…Attached you will find signatures of over 10,000 Pennsylvania residents who are behind this effort and that number is growing by 200 to 500 signatures daily. We appreciate you being willing to do the job we elected you for and look forward to hearing from you regarding your plans to proceed with the full investigative audit of the 2020 General Election….” (PETITION PASSAGE ENDS)

These citizens are not messing around!

Pennsylvania was home to Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani’s electrifying hearing on election fraud, which he convened in Gettysburg on November 25, during the election overtime period. Despite a lot of support from Pennsylvania Republican lawmakers, GOP leadership in the state legislature decided to turn its back on President Donald Trump and Joe Biden got the electoral votes. NATIONAL FILE REPORTED at the time of the hearing:

President Donald Trump, Trump lawyers Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis, and a coterie of witnesses including poll watchers presented irrefutable evidence of massive election fraud in Pennsylvania during the 2020 election at a Wednesday Senate Majority Policy Committee hearing convened at the Wyndham Hotel in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. And the pro-Trump Union won big at Gettysburg.

Evidence poured out into the open showing paper ballot fraud, including the revelation that boxes of thousands of paper ballots were stored in a back room in Philadelphia while the mail-in ballots were counted and Republican poll watchers were corralled behind a fence where they could not view the counting. Bombshell evidence of ballots being “duplicated” by election workers with pink highlighter — pink highlighter that did not work in the machines — cast doubt on the election. Jenna Ellis urged the Pennsylvania legislature to call a special election or appoint pro-Trump electors, but NOT to certify the fraudulent election results showing Democrat Joe Biden in a disputed lead over President Trump. The hearing came on the heels of a Pennsylvania judge Wednesday ruling that certification can not take place at this time.

Robert B Sklaroff, MD, FACP has created a summary of why Pennsylvania needs to do a complete audit of the November 3rd election.

He lays out a list of votes that should have been tossed out for various reasons. What we get from his report is the overwhelming need to do a forensic audit of the voting in the state.

Future elections do not need to be so erratic and untrustworthy.

Sklaroff goes on to demonstrate where the counting of the votes went wrong.

10,000 {a} Absentee ballots cast that arrived after Election Day

14,328 {b} Absentee ballots cast from addresses other than where voters legally reside

58,221 {c} Absentee ballots cast that were returned on or before the postmark date

9,005 {d} Absentee ballots cast without a postmark (violating state law)

                              8,021 {e} Dead voters

                              742 {f} Double voters: in-state

                              7,426 {g} Out-of-state voters who voted in-state

202,377 {h} Over-votes (per State Representative Frank Ryan, et al.)

680,774 {i} Poll watcher & poll observer abuse (defying SCOTUS orders)*

1,573 {j} Voters age 100+ (suspect, per state records and obituaries)
Probably the biggest problem with the count in Pennsylvania was the vote-counting in Philadelphia. They have always been known for somewhat less than honest counting of the votes.

Suspicions are bound to be aroused when they do their counting without allowing election observers into the counting room to make sure everything is on the up and up.

This is not just about the 2020 election. It’s much more important than that. It’s about holding elections in the future that everybody can have confidence in.

You cannot have confidence in your elected officials if you don’t believe they were actually elected.
