HUGE: Wisconsin Uncovers 100,000+ Voters With MAJOR Problem

    DANIEL DECEMBER 28, 2021
Still have reservations about conceding that Sleepy Joe Biden won the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election without cheating? Wondering how a sitting president could get more votes than he did in the previous election, but still lose? You’re not alone.

Well, a huge story announced out of Wisconsin further supports the argument that Joe Biden did cheat. President Trump had an opportunity for a second successful term as president stolen from him. Rigging and stealing an election is high treason.

A video has been released covering the public hearings being held by the Wisconsin Committee on Campaign and Elections. What was announced in this video was, on one hand shocking. However, on the other hand, it’s nothing all President Trump supporters don’t believe to be true.

The report documented the testimony of former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice, the Honorable Michael Gableman. Gableman is irate over what investigations are uncovering. He threatened to sue a Facebook employee and former Barack Obama operative.

Judge Gableman told the Wisconsin committee that he was confident that the Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s “goal was to defeat President Trump and elect Joe Biden.” Zuckerberg handed out nearly $9 million to five Wisconsin city election commissions.

The objective was to undermine the integrity of the election. Two mayors from these suspect cities are the target of court orders to appear before the committee or be arrested. Gableman says these two mayors have refused to answer questions. They’re clearly hiding something.

In November, a formal complaint was filed against the Green Bay mayor for turning over control of the 2020 elections to Zuckerberg’s cronies. These corrupt liberal operatives were given illegal access to the Internet and to ballot warehouses. Something smells awfully fishy.

The spokeswoman for President Trump, Liz Harrington, mentions other profound revelations that the investigations have unearthed. Harrington tweeted, “In Wisconsin, there are 119,283 ‘active voters’ who have been registered for over 100 years.”
    PLUS

9,700 active voters registered prior to 2016 and never voted in any election, appeared as voting in 2020

Another 1,500 registered prior to 2011 and never voted, but are listed as voting in 2020

    — Liz Harrington (@realLizUSA) December 8, 2021

There are dozens more questionable oddities within the state. Consequently, Joe Biden’s supposed margin of victory is only an estimate. Experts contend that Wisconsin lost track of as many as four times those 21,000 votes Biden supposedly had over President Trump.

If any fraction of these more than 100,000 suspicious 100-year-old registrations proves fraudulent, Wisconsin’s 10 electoral votes must rightfully be awarded to President Trump. Wisconsin is not the only state where strange and unexplainable voter fraud happened.

Other red flags were discovered in Wisconsin as well. There were more than 10,000 active voter registrations prior to 2011; people who never voted in prior elections. Ironically, all these previous “non-voters” amazingly cast a ballot in 2020. Wonder who these ballots were for?

Investigations point to these votes being illegally cast by someone else. What’s even more alarming is how Wisconsin handed over any accounting for these irregularities to the liberal cronies of Mark Zuckerberg. Mark Zuckerberg is a crook. Joe Biden is a crook.

As investigations into the fraudulent 2020 Presidential Election continue to unfold, Americans should grow increasingly angry. The 2020 Presidential Election was stolen. A cherished part of American democracy was stolen.

What should the consequences be for perpetrating such a heinous fraud on the American people? The penalty should fit the crime. It’s treason. Zuckerberg, Biden, and the rest of the fraudsters must be punished. Maybe Sleepy Joe and his Facebook pal can share a federal prison cell.

    • Breaking Exclusive: Election Investigators Make Surprise Move in WI, Blanket State with Subpoenas Related to 2020 Election.

The investigation into Wisconsin’s elections is still ongoing as special counsel Michael Gableman continues looking into how voting in the state was carried out in the 2020 general election. Gableman is now issuing about 70 subpoenas to state entities and employees, special interest groups, private companies, mayoral staffers and IT departments, throughout Wisconsin to obtain records, depositions and more information on the election process and organizations that seem to have had a hand in the administration of elections. Gableman, who was previously a Wisconsin Supreme Court justice, was asked by Speaker of the Wisconsin state Assembly Robin Vos to lead an investigation into the 2020 election in the state. Gableman agreed and was appointed as special counsel. The investigation is looking into several components of what went on during the election. Gableman is looking into how Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and the money he donated to the Center for Tech and Civic Life influenced the election, what the Wisconsin Election Commission was doing, the conduct of the mayors and the municipal clerks, the operation of the voting machines and other factors which might have influenced the election. Wisconsin elections are not administered by the secretary of state, like in other states. Instead, Wisconsin’s Government Accountability Board works in collaboration with 1,853 municipal clerks, 72 county clerks and numerous election inspectors during election season. Many municipal clerks throughout the state live in very small towns, but in contrast, there are clerks in Wisconsin’s five biggest cities: Madison, Racine, Kenosha, Green Bay and Milwaukee. The clerks, however, are not independent authorities and report to the mayor, the city’s common council or the state elections commission. Now Gableman is specifically looking into these cities’ mayors, clerks and staffers and how they might have been influenced by funding from the CTCL, which, thanks to generous donations from Zuckerberg, gave approximately $350 million to communities to run elections. A source close to the investigation told The Western Journal that, in short, CTCL approached these five Wisconsin cities and offered $8.8 million grants to help keep voters safe from COVID. The group reportedly offered this money even though the source said the federal government, under the Trump administration, had already given $7 million to make sure clerks had enough PPE, sanitation and anything else needed to keep voters safe from COVID-19. According to the source, each mayor of the five cities took “good faith” money. Racine allegedly received $60,000 and the other four cities received $10,000 each. Once they took this initial grant, CTCL sent questionnaires to see if the five cities then qualified for the full $8.8 million grant, the source said. The questionnaire asked what the city was going to do to drive up the vote in what they deemed were historically disenfranchised neighborhoods, according to the source. Gableman already issued subpoenas to the mayors of the cities. The next round of subpoenas that have just been issued, according to the source, is to mayoral staffers and IT departments in order to find information on how the cities used the money from CTCL. Already, hundreds of pages of emails between Milwaukee election officials and CTCL have been made public. Another part of the election that Gableman is looking into, according to the source, is concerns regarding the Wisconsin Election Commission, which has also been issued a subpoena in order to see the voting data in the state and specifically, to see the rolls of registered, active and inactive voters. Deactivated voters include those who are dead or have moved away. According to the Help America Vote Act passed in 2002, states are supposed to have voter records. But dead voters should not be on the rolls of voters. So the source said Gableman is subpoenaing WEC in order to have access to the voter rolls. The source told The Western Journal that the most recent subpoenas Gableman issued were all in-state for the WEC, mayoral staffers, IT records and more. But while the subpoenas issued are all in-state, Gableman’s team anticipates additional subpoenas for others involved in the election, the source said. One major player in the election was the companies that ran the machines, such as Dominion Voting Systems. Gableman’s investigation is subpoenaing the companies in order to know exactly how the machines work and check the security of the systems, according to the source. Gableman is also looking into other figures and organizations (including CTCL itself) from out of state who may have had a hand in ballot harvesting and other roles in the election, the source said. His team is allegedly working on getting subpoenas for these. The source close to the investigation said the team is expecting pushback on every single subpoena issued, but as that happens, the investigation will continue. According to the source, the group will move on to the higher courts as necessary, in order to keep investigating all of what went on in the 2020 election.

Texas Audit Finds Over 11,000 Potential Non Citizens Registered to Vote, Other Problems

First phase of audit praised by Secretary of State but criticized by some lawmakers who argue its not enough
        BY DARLENE MCCORMICK SANCHEZ

        January 1, 2022 Updated: January 2, 2022

Voting irregularities—including potentially thousands of votes cast by non-citizens and the dead—were reported during the first phase of the Texas Secretary of State’s forensic audit of the 2020 general election, but critics deemed it more of a risk-limiting audit at this point.

The Texas Secretary of State’s office released its findings on Dec. 31,

        Findings include:
        • Statewide, a total of 11,737 potential non-U.S. citizens were identified as being registered to vote. Of these, 327 records were identified in Collin County, 1,385 in Dallas County, 3,063 in Harris County, and 708 in Tarrant County. So far, Dallas County has canceled 1,193 of these records, with Tarrant County canceling one. Neither Collin nor Harris have canceled any potential non-voting records.
        • Since November 2020, 224,585 deceased voters have been removed from the voter rolls in Texas. Collin County removed 4,889 deceased voters, Dallas County removed 14,926 deceased voters, Harris County removed 23,914 deceased voters, and Tarrant County removed 13,955 deceased voters.
        • Statewide, a total of 67 potential votes cast in the name of deceased people are under investigation. Of those, three were cast in Collin County, nine in Dallas County, four in Harris County, and one in Tarrant County.
        • In a review of each county’s partial manual count report required under Texas law, three of the four counties reported discrepancies between ballots counted electronically versus those counted by hand. The reported reasons for these discrepancies will be investigated and verified during Phase 2 of the audit.

Taylor said the state’s audit, currently moving into its second phase, was a first-of-its-kind for Texas.

Secretary of State John Scott portrayed the audit as the country’s “most comprehensive forensic audit of the 2020 election,” according to a November press release. He added the audit will use “analytical tools to examine the literal nuts and bolts of election administration to determine if any illegal activity may have occurred.”

Of the four counties being audited, former President Donald Trump won Collin County, with President Joe Biden taking Dallas and Harris counties. Tarrant County, traditionally a red county, flipped to Biden with a slim 1,826 vote margin. Overall, Trump carried Texas with 52.1 percent of the vote to Biden’s 46.5 percent.

The Texas audit was announced soon after Trump wrote a Sept. 23 open letter to Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, who Trump endorsed for re-election in 2022, pushing for a more thorough forensic audit of the 2020 election.

Trump’s letter asked Abbott to include legislation in the third special session that would allow for more comprehensive forensic audits of the 2020 presidential election in Texas, specifically pointing to House Bill 16 and Senate Bill 97. Those pieces of legislation would have allowed party officials to demand county-level audits in future elections and allowed for a 2020 audit as well. Ultimately SB 97, which had similar language as HB 16, was introduced but did not pass both chambers before the clock ran out on the third and final session this fall.

As it stands, the four-county audit is part of Senate Bill 1, a sweeping election bill passed by the Republican-led Legislature in the second special session of 2021, but vehemently opposed by Democrats.

Legislators hoping to revive a fourth Legislative session to deal with voting fraud issues say the current audit is limited in scope.

State Rep. Steve Toth, (R) Woodlands, who sponsored HB 16, called the Secretary of State audit more of a risk-limiting audit that won’t adequately address all 2020 election problems.

“We know that fraud has been taking place in Texas,” Toth said in an interview with The Epoch Times. “We need a forensic audit.”

Sen. Paul Bettencourt, (R) Houston, who introduced SB 97, agreed that Toth had a point. Bettencourt’s bill would have allowed audits to be conducted at the county level across Texas. However, he said the Secretary of State’s audit has the potential to become a forensic audit during phase two if it begins to dig into voting irregularities.

“My observation over time is that fraud is used against Democrats in their primaries and against the Republicans in the general election,” Bettencourt said in an interview.

He pointed to some 3,000 non-residents potentially voting in Harris County cited by the audit. Bettencourt said as far back as 20 years ago when he was a district voting clerk, he would use jury service data indicating non-citizens to purge them from the rolls. But at this point, he said the county appears to have abandoned such efforts.

Bettencourt noted other irregularities not covered by the state’s audit, such as a situation in Wichita Falls, where a single-family residence was home to more than 500 registered voters.

While the Texas Attorney General’s office lists only 386 active election fraud investigations, cases of voter fraud have increased in Texas. In a Texan article, Jonathan White, head of the election fraud division in the Texas Attorney General’s Special Prosecution Division said cases were “higher than our historical average by a long shot.” There were 510 offenses pending against 43 defendants at the time, according to the article, with most stemming from mail-in ballots.

Taylor said that the Secretary of State’s audit was indeed a forensic audit. During the second phase of the audit, the secretary of state’s Forensic Audit Division will conduct on-site examinations in January and will compare machine tabulations with paper ballots when possible.

Issues such as how drive-thru voting was conducted in Harris County in 2020, now prohibited by SB 1, will be reviewed, Taylor said, adding there were claims of a 1,800 vote discrepancy between the number of voters checked in and the number of votes cast at drive-thrus. About 127,000 votes were cast in the Houston area this way.

But Leah Shah, communications director for Harris County Elections, said the county uses very strict protocol on how ballots are managed and couldn’t confirm a voting discrepancy.

“We have heard that number, but we have no idea where that number came from,” she said in an interview.

        • Were Undocumented Ballots The Reason For Fraud at Detroit’s TCF Center?…”I literally watched thousands of unverified ballots get run through the machines” [VIDEO]

The Michigan Citizens for Election Integrity (MC4EI) is completing a year-long deep dive into the 2020 General Election in Detroit.

A 100 Percent Fed Up and Gateway Pundit Exclusive – On Thursday, in another preview of their upcoming report, TCF Timeline: the 2020 General Election in Detroit, we brought you the first of a three-part series detailing the shocking treatment of GOP challengers inside Detroit’s Absent Voter Counting Board (AVCB).
Members of the Democrat Party, Detroit poll workers, supervisors, and officials allegedly intimidated, removed, and obstructed GOP and non-partisan challengers and — most importantly — refused to record their challenges.

          Advertisement - story continues below

But why risk actions, which could amount to felonies under Michigan law?

Why were they so determined to shut down duly-authorized challengers? What were they trying to hide?

TRENDING: UPDATE: Stalinist Censorship of Gateway Pundit by T-Mobile Makes It on their Members Board -- Users Urge Calls to State Attorneys General

The short and most obvious answer might be “fraud.”

Certainly, the challengers’ affidavits are replete with allegations of every kind of fraud – from workers filling out blank ballots to tabulation of ballots from other counties. But was there a type of fraud, or more subtly, an election law violation that could protect fraud, that occurred in significant magnitude to move the needle in Michigan?

          Advertisement - story continues below

During the painstaking process of peeling back the onion, one layer at a time, MC4EI investigators came upon a recurring observation by the GOP and non-partisan challengers: they frequently encountered ballots of voters not found in the electronic poll book or the paper supplemental lists of late registering voters1. On the surface, this might not appear to be anything out of the ordinary. Indeed, there can be problems during a busy election, and a few voters and their ballots will occasionally “slip through the cracks” and fail to make it onto the list of eligible voters.
But when this problem of apparently ineligible ballots being counted is reported by large numbers of GOP and non-partisan challengers, and when the numbers of ballots involved climb into the thousands, the voting public should be concerned.

A recurring theme in the challengers’ accounts is that these undocumented ballots were routinely challenged by the GOP, but their challenges were not accepted – or even recorded — by poll workers or their superiors.

Although this was denied by top election officials who spoke to the media, the evidence is overwhelming and comes from dozens of GOP and non-partisan poll challengers. Their sworn testimony in countless affidavits proved that this was an ongoing problem on both counting days. It amounted to systematic obstruction of the challenger’s duties – duties supposedly protected by State law.

          Advertisement - story continues below

To illustrate the scope of the undocumented ballots problem, here are some excerpts from MC4EI’s upcoming report, “TCF Timeline: the 2020 General Election in Detroit”:

November 4th – Election Day Plus One

10:30 AM – Non-partisan challenger Christopher Schornak (Exhibit 1, p.30) arrives at approximately 10:30 am and begins working at AVCB’s 88 and 89, where he sustains verbal abuse and intimidation by “not only the Democratic poll challengers but the ACLU and other organizations.” Mr. Schornak observes ballots that were not in the electronic poll book or the supplemental paper log. Instead of these ballots being taken out of the count and marked as a “challenged ballot,” Schornak watches as they are counted like any other ballot. [Note: Schornak would later publicly estimate that he saw over 8,000 such undocumented ballots.]

          Advertisement - story continues below

Watch Christopher Schornak explain what he witnessed while working as a GOP poll challenger at the TCF Center on Nov. 4:

2 PM – GOP challenger Dyanna Papsdorf (Exhibit 1, p.42) begins an 8-hour shift at TCF. She observes discrepancies between the numbers on the ballots and the numbers on the envelope and sees ballots entered into the system that were not listed in the electronic poll book or the supplemental paper list.

6:30 PM – Non-partisan challenger, affiant John McGrath is at AVCB #73, where he continues to see “unlisted voters,” i.e., ballots that are not matching with a voter listed in the e-poll book or the paper supplemental list of registered voters. He has seen them all day and has challenged such ballots each time…The total number of “unlisted voters” McGrath counts at AVCB #56 is 1,454.

          Advertisement - story continues below

8:00 PM – GOP challenger and affiant Bob Cushman working at Counting Board #86 notes that none of the names in a group of “several thousand new ballots” that arrived in the evening are being found in the electronic poll book or the supplemental list (of voters who registered and voted late, on November 2nd or 3rd). For two hours straight, he sees the computer operators at several counting boards manually adding the names and addresses of these thousands of apparently invalid ballots into the electronic poll book.

GOP challenger Jennifer Seidl states: “I heard an election official order ‘Enter them! Make everything match, and get it done as soon as possible!” When these envelopes are scanned, the monitor screen reads: “0 matching voters”. The names on these ballots are simply not found in the universe of registered Detroit voters who have been sent a ballot.

In November of 2021, MC4EI collaborated with Christina Bobb of OAN News for a series of video interviews with challengers at the TCF on 11/3/20.

GOP Challenger Matt Seely and his daughter Alexandra Seely gave Ms. Bobb the following compelling account of several thousand undocumented, unverified ballots being tabulated at the TCF:

          Advertisement - story continues below
None of the names and addresses were matching up with the voter log or—the— you know, the supplemental log for last-minute registrations. So, I would challenge those ballots, and they kept putting them in a hopper of unverified ballots. Finally, after challenging and challenging and going and getting our supervisor to come over and talk to their supervisor, it was explained to me that those ballots that were going into that hopper were basically in the wrong precinct, which sounded reasonable to me. Well, after a while, I noticed somebody coming by with another, you know, like a cart and just hand- grabbing them and putting them in the cart and going to the next station. I’m like, “well if they’re in the wrong precinct, why is he taking all of them and mixing them together? It doesn’t make any sense.”

So I followed the guy, and he went all the way to the back of the counting hall, and there was a table — two tables actually — set up there, and he was delivering these unverified ballots, and there were a group of people — they didn’t have a computer set up or anything. They were literally just tearing the tabs off them, folding them straight, and putting them in groups of fifty so that they could go through the counting machines. So, I literally watched thousands of unverified ballots get run through the machines.”

Watch GOP poll challengers Matt Seely and his daughter, Alexandra Seely, tell their incredible stories to Christina Bobb’s One America News Network:

          Advertisement - story continues below

As Mr. Seely noted, the initial explanation seemed plausible. The ballots weren’t showing up because they were from the “wrong precinct.” But when he investigated further, it became apparent that this was a bogus explanation, and there really wasn’t any concern for proper precinct placement.
The undocumented ballots were collected from around the room and simply lumped into one group in a remote part of the counting center where thousands were being run through the counting machines away from the prying eyes of GOP and non-Democrat challengers.

Mr. Seely confirmed in a phone interview that the poll workers and supervisors had made it clear that none of these unverified ballots could be challenged and that despite his objections, none of the above-mentioned challenges were successfully logged as challenged ballots that day.

The floor plan of the TCF Center’s massive Detroit Central Counting Board with 134 individual counting boards, each with a team of 5 poll workers. One challenger was permitted from each party to monitor each board’s activity.

          Advertisement - story continues below

But could there be a plausible reason for the many other “undocumented” ballots reported by multiple challengers on November 4th, 2020?

The official explanation was provided in the November 11th, 2020 affidavit of Chris Thomas, the Senior Consultant for City Clerk Janice Winfrey, and the top election official inside the Detroit Central Counting Board that day. The sworn statement of Thomas, the former longtime Director of the Michigan Bureau of Elections,’ on this topic reads as follows:
On Wednesday, November 4th, it was discovered that the envelopes for some ballots that had been received prior to November 3rd at 8 pm had not been received in the QVF.

          Advertisement - story continues below

They would not scan into the EPB and were not on the supplemental paper list. Upon reviewing the voters’ files in the QVF, Department of Elections staff found that the final step in processing receipt of the ballots was not taken by the satellite office employees.
The last step necessary to receive a ballot envelope requires the satellite employee to enter the date stamped on the envelope and select the “save” button. They failed to select “save.” So, they forgot to click save on “some” ballots.

Note that Mr. Thomas studiously avoids mention of the number of ballots affected by this error, saying only that “some” ballots had not been saved. This gives the reassuring impression that a relatively small number of ballots suffered this fate. But as the “TCF Timeline” report demonstrates, there are other reported instances of such undocumented ballots – which number in the thousands.

City of Detroit head engineer, poll worker, and 2020 election whistleblower Jessy Jacobs estimated “thousands” of ballots that were not received into the qualified vote file. Her sworn statement read: “I was told to alter the information in the QVF to falsely show that the absentee ballots had been received in time to be valid. I estimate this was done to thousands of ballots.”

When she confronted her boss, Chris Thomas, with what she believed to be improper procedure, she alleges that he concurred with her but added: “why should we punish voters for a processor’s mistake?”

Among the GOP Challengers citing unlisted ballots in the thousands, Matt Seely is joined by Bob Cushman, Jason Humes, John McGrath, and Chris Schornak. The latter estimated “at least 8 thousand ballots that could not be verified.” Keep in mind; these challengers operated at different locations throughout a massive Central Counting Board with 134 individual counting boards scattered throughout TCF Center. There were quite likely more instances that were not reported – especially in the latter part of Wednesday, November 4th, when, as we saw in the last article in this series, the number of GOP challengers had been winnowed down from 150 to just 10.

Phil O’Halloran, the author of “TCF Timeline,” believes the probability of wholesale fraud having occurred rises steeply when the sheer numbers of supposed “clerical errors” is considered: “We can all relate to a handful of people each making a few mistakes while working with computers, but it strains credulity when this error purportedly involves thousands of ballots, at different times and from different locations, and it’s repeated over and over again.”

          Advertisement - story continues below

Here’s another excerpt from TCF “Timeline: the 2020 General Election in Detroit”:
Could a single failure to click “Save” invalidate thousands of ballots?

At [Chris] Thomas’ hearing before the Michigan Senate, Republican Senator Lana Theis was skeptical that a data entry system would allow the worker to advance to the next entry without first clicking “enter.” And what about the ubiquitous “save changes?” message that appears when anyone tries to close almost any document without clicking save? Thomas claimed to have “talked to the Bureau about this, and they have acknowledged the issue.”

Cindy Berry, Clerk of Chesterfield Township, stated that while it is technically possible with the QVF software, this is not likely to occur in her office since “we save them one at a time” [Berry, C., Pers. Comm July 12th, 2021]. Her Elections Coordinator, Mary Geremesz, explained that “proper procedure is to receive it [an AV ballot] immediately.” She agreed with Berry that it is technically possible to simply close out of a system in the middle of receiving a ballot without clicking save.

          Advertisement - story continues below
When asked if it would be possible at her facility to fail to click “save” on multiple ballots, she said, “No. There would be no saving in batches”.

Geremesz explained that the system is designed to enter each voter record individually. She added that there are checks and balances that would kick in since they run printouts, which show whether the ballots received balance and each entry is accounted for: “it would definitely be caught.” When asked hypothetically if a failure to click the save button could reasonably be expected to occur to hundreds or thousands of ballots, she stated, “Oh no. It would have to be just an occasional ballot.”[Geremesz, Mary, Pers. Comm. July 14th, 2021]

Detroit processor, and election whistleblower Jessy Jacob, would likely agree since, as she explained, the ballots were not entered in one massive batch or by one single poorly trained worker. If valid, they would have been collected at the satellite facilities every hour and, pursuant to election procedure, each ballot had to be entered into the QVF immediately upon receipt. She emphasized this, stating, “immediate recording of the ballot is required, once you receive the ballot, not after two days, not after three days.” This is confirmed in the Michigan Bureau of Elections’ “Election Officials Manual,” Chapter Six, page 15, which states: “Immediate recording of AV ballots sent and returned into the AV module of the Qualified Voter File is required.”
So, for deniers of systemic fraud to buy into the “forgot to click ‘save’” explanation, they have to accept some very implausible scenarios, which all have to fall on the side of gross incompetence or dereliction of duty at many levels.

          Advertisement - story continues below

For instance, if Mr. Thomas had, as he claimed to Senator Theis, “talked to the Bureau” (Michigan Bureau of Elections) about the problem with the “Save” button, what was the Bureau’s and Director Jonathon Brater’s response? Did they do anything to rectify the problem – as a Presidential election approached? Did Chris Thomas do anything? Was this a problem in other Michigan jurisdictions?
And finally, if these were legitimate ballots, why were the challengers repeatedly prevented from challenging them?

They would have been counted along with all the others, and if they passed a post-election review during either the canvas, a court challenge, or an audit, those votes would stand. “Timeline” Author Phil O’Halloran: “When the poll workers, supervisors – and as our report shows, even high-ranking officials — fail to follow the law and refuse to allow these ballots to be challenged, warning lights start flashing.” Those who dismiss the notion that fraud occurred reflexively counter that all these undocumented ballot discrepancies would have been sorted out later at the Wayne County Board of Canvassers. But, as “TCF Timeline” will reveal, the same shell game shenanigans seen with undocumented ballots at the TCF were evident when the Detroit election materials arrived at the canvassing board.

The problem for Wayne County, the Detroit Department of Elections, the Michigan Attorney General, Secretary of State, and the leadership of both political parties is that, regardless of whether thousands of undocumented ballots were counted owing to fraud or to gross incompetence, valid challenges, which might have answered these questions, were not permitted or even recorded. Thus, state law appears to have been circumvented. As a result, public trust in the election process has been damaged. Therefore, these well-documented allegations demand the kind of full accounting that only a comprehensive, forensic audit by a qualified, independent body can achieve. And Michigan citizens expect nothing less, as evidenced by the thousands of signed affidavits demanding a full forensic audit that were recently delivered en masse to GOP state lawmakers and Democrat administration officials.
MI voters aren't going away. They want a forensic audit of the 2020 election!

Voters and citizens concerned about election integrity want to be reassured that any undocumented ballots are clearly shown to be honest clerical errors. They want to believe official reassurances that someone “forgot to click SAVE.” They want officials to follow time-honored procedures and the law to resolve such problems. However, as we will see in the final article in this series, the reaction of high-ranking officials when confronted by GOP challengers with thousands of undocumented ballots not only fails to reassure, it raises far more serious concerns.

EXCLUSIVE SMOKING GUN: Lawsuit Reveals Fulton County 2020 Absentee Ballot Results Were Physically Impossible and Files Were Modified

The following report summarizes an analysis of 2020 Election ballots scanned in Fulton County. This exclusive report uncovered thousands of questionable ballots.

There are numerous questions related to what happened in the State Farm Arena in Fulton County Georgia during the 2020 Election. The Arena was used as the Fulton County ballot processing center and is where reportedly all 148,318 absentee ballots were scanned.

Ballots processed in the Arena were expected to be authenticated first. Voters were to be identified on voter logs and then signature verification was to take place. The ballots were then to be separated from their envelopes and arranged in batches of approximately 100. Each batch was then scanned using one of the five Canon DR-G2140 high-speed machines [as can be observed in video from the Arena on Election night.] The image of each ballot was simultaneously created and saved.

            Advertisement - story continues below

As a result of a previous lawsuit, Fulton County produced scanned absentee ballot image files which were then made public and have been under review by various individuals and groups.

One individual examining the data (RonC) identified something he could not explain. The image files have timestamps that are recorded as the ballots are being scanned. Those timestamps reveal that the image files were created faster than the physical capacity of the scanners used in the process. In many cases, several times faster.

The manual for the Canon DR-G2140 lists the specifications on page 23:

            Advertisement - story continues below

The manual shows the machine has a maximum capability of scanning up to 140 document sheets per minute, or roughly 2.3 pages per second. This rate is based on scanning standard 8 ½ X 11-inch paper. The absentee ballots are more than one and a half times this length at 18 inches long.

Using the State Farm Arena surveillance video, a group of professionals analyzing the data measured the actual realized scan times which averaged approximately 80 seconds per batch (under perfect conditions with no paper jams or complications). Which equates to approximately 1.25 ballots per second.

However, the image timestamps show something different. Below is a spreadsheet of sample data that has the timestamp of each ballot image as it was created. This information came from Fulton County and was produced in the court case above.

Below is image data of actual ballots scanned by unit 5162 on 11-05-2020.

            Advertisement - story continues below

The timestamps in the red boxes above show 8 ballots scanned in the same second, followed by 6 ballots in the very next second. Fourteen ballots in 2 seconds!?!?
This shows that the ballot images were created at a speed that is physically IMPOSSIBLE.

            These results are not possible.

The same scenario is replete throughout the image files and affects thousands of ballots. These results certainly aren’t expected or “normal”.

            Advertisement - story continues below

The group of professionals talked to several experts about these anomalies. Given the specifics, such as the files being saved on Ethernet-connected, high-performance network drives, and other specific technical parameters of the arrangement, there remains no clear and justifiable cause for these timestamps. Even if one considers lag-time, buffering, or some type of computer processor or network-caused “ebb and flow”, it does not explain the impossible scan times, even when averaging all images in each batch.

There’s more. If we expand the same dataset to include the modified file timestamps, we reveal additional problems:

The only instance in which a ballot image file should be modified is if it has gone through the adjudication process. Adjudication is when the machine cannot determine the voter’s selections for various reasons and the ballot is supposed to be sent to a bi-partisan team who looks at the markings and attempts to interpret the voter’s intent. The team votes and if they agree, the original image is supplemented to reflect the decision.

            Advertisement - story continues below
The modified timestamps shown above reveal that all of the files were modified.

Again, the ballot images should not be modified unless processed for adjudication. Adjudication should only be used only in rare circumstances. [We’re not sure of the official percent but we believe adjudication should only occur in less than 2% of all ballots processed.] Perhaps there is a reasonable explanation for all of these ballots being adjudicated. Maybe this was caused by a technicality only affecting these ballots? But the images appear to have been all modified at the same time, and within only one hour of scanning.

If we zoom out to the 30,000-foot level and look at all batches from the same scanner as shown below, we see a much larger problem. First, all of the batches have been modified as shown on the far right. The scan times for each batch are in yellow and the numbers shown in red are the amount of time (hours) between when the batch was scanned and when the batch was modified.

For example, batch 001 was finished being scanned at 1:51 pm on 10/22. That same batch was modified 192 hours later at 1:38 pm on 10/30.

            Advertisement - story continues below

The batch was scanned and then modified 8 DAYS LATER.

On scanner 5150, a total of 44 batches were modified between 3 to 8 days after being scanned. Not only is such a large window of time used to process ballots inexplicable, but it is also unacceptable. Unfortunately, these findings show extreme variations in the process, are widespread, and cannot be dismissed or ignored.

Important is the last 4 batches shown on the page had 0 hours between the scan time and modification time. In fact, the last 4 batches scanned were modified before the previous 44 batches. This removes the possibility of some type of consistent procedure or forced process causing the modification of all batches on the same date.

            Advertisement - story continues below

Remember, the findings above only show the anomalies associated with one of the five machines used to scan absentee ballots, a process that continued until November 5th. (More to come soon on the significance of the time between scanning and file modification time.)

Attempting to seek understanding and answers for his findings, RonC went to the logical government entity charged with such matters- the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections (BRE).

RonC summarized his findings in an email that detailed the scan speed and image file modification issues. The BRE then sought answers from the County Elections Director, Rick Barron. The email below shows Mr. Barron’s response to the board:

            Advertisement - story continues below

There are 4 basic takeaways from Mr. Barron’s email.

First, it’s obvious that Mr. Barron feels the same about the impossible scanning speed and went so far as to describe RonC’s finding as “bizarre”. The problem is this was not simply a “claim” as characterized by Mr. Barron, rather a factual observation of Fulton County’s data.

Secondly, Mr. Barron directly states: “You can’t modify ballot images that aren’t adjudicated.” Again, he affirms our understanding and expectations.

            Advertisement - story continues below

Third, he states that the equipment is proprietary, and the security manuals are not available. In his defense, Mr. Barron was probably referencing the election system as a whole or in a general connotation; however, the scanners used were Cannon consumer-off-the-shelf machines that can be purchased through numerous retailers.

Finally, we did follow Mr. Barron’s advice to observe the scanners in operation by watching the State Farm Arena surveillance video. He was correct, the scanners are slow. In fact, they are so slow that the ballot images produced by the scanner are created faster than the machine can scan the ballots, and that truly is “bizarre”.

            • HUGE! Georgia Ballot Trafficking Whistleblower Admits to Making $45,000 for Stuffing Ballot Boxes — Just One of 242 Traffickers — Possibly 1 million Ballots!

              THIS IS A BREAKING UPDATE—

The Georgia ballot trafficking whistleblower reportedly admitted to making $45,000 for stuffing Georgia ballot boxes from 2 to 5 AM in the morning. He was just one of 242 alleged ballot traffickers identified by the True the Vote investigation. There is a possibility of HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of ballots that were stufffed into the ballot boxes in Georgia!

Radio host John Fredericks went on with Steve Bannon on The War Room on Wednesday morning after news broke last night that a ballot trafficker had started talking in Georgia after he was paid thousands of dollars for stuffing the ballot boxes in a massive ballot harvesting scheme in Georgia.

BREAKING: Georgia Investigators have ‘Ballot Trafficker’ Who Is Talking — Admits to Being Paid THOUSANDS in 2020 Election Ballot Boxes Ballot Harvesting Scheme — 242 Ballot Traffickers Detected

              By Jim Hoft
              Published January 4, 2022 at 7:27pm

Radio host John Fredericks joined Steve Bannon back in September to discuss an EXPLOSIVE development in Georgia.

According to John Fredericks, investigators have video of 240 leftist operatives he called “ballot traffickers” dumping tens of thousands of ballots into drop boxes in the middle of the night in locations across Georgia.

The leftist operatives were identified making numerous drops in the middle of the night in Georgia. They were filmed emptying their backpacks of ballots into the drop boxes in the middle of the night. Ballot harvesting is not legal in Georgia. This was criminal behavior caught on video!

True the Vote and one other organization have copies of the video and promised to release their findings.

Heather Mullins from Real Americas Voice later reported on the John Fredericks radio show that there is video that captures 240 ballot traffickers in Georgia. Each of the traffickers averaged 23-24 drops where they would empty backpacks into the ballot boxes.
This is completely illegal. No harvesting is allowed in Georgia.

This was a massive organized effort by the American left to commit fraud.

In September The Gateway Pundit spoke with Catherine Engelbrecht and her group True the Vote was behind this investigation. We also found out it involves SEVERAL STATES.

Catherine told us in the fall that she had important meetings coming up in Georgia. Apparently, the information reached worthless Never-Trump Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

Reportedly True The Vote was able to take cell phone ping data on a mass wide-scale and piece together that several people—suspected ballot harvesters—were making multiple trips to multiple drop boxes, raising potential legal questions in a number of these states. 242 in Georgia and around 200 in Arizona.

From there, the document continues, True The Vote gathered surveillance video on the drop boxes in Georgia and is attempting to gather similar such surveillance video from other states. The document states that True The Vote has obtained one full petabyte of surveillance footage on drop boxes—two million minutes of video—which it says is broken into 73,000 individual video files. The group is expected to begin releasing some of these videos, which purportedly show the same people going multiple times to the same drop boxes, in the coming weeks.

On Tuesday Just the News reported that one of the ballot traffickers was identified and is now talking. According to Just the News the man WAS PAID THOUSANDS to harvest ballots in Georgia.

Just the News reported on this latest development.
Raffensperger’s office received a detailed complaint from conservative voter integrity group True the Vote on Nov. 30 saying it had assembled evidence that scores of activists worked with nonprofit groups to collect and deliver thousands of absentee ballots, often during wee-hour operations, to temporary voting drop boxes distributed around the state during the pandemic.

The group informed the secretary its evidence included video footage from surveillance cameras placed by counties outside the drop boxes as well as geolocation data for the cell phones of more than 200 activists seen on the tapes purportedly showing the dates and times of ballot drop-offs, according to documents reviewed by Just the News.

The group also said it interviewed a Georgia man who admitted he was paid thousands of dollars to harvest ballots in the Atlanta metropolitan area during the November election and the lead-up to Jan. 5, 2021 runoff for Georgia’s two U.S. Senate seats, which were both captured by Democrats and ended GOP control of Congress. The group has yet to identify the cooperating witness to state authorities, referring to him in the complaint simply as John Doe.

The group does not allege the ballots delivered by couriers were fraudulent. Nonetheless, lawful ballots delivered by third-parties to drop boxes would run afoul of Georgia’s law.

True the Vote is wise not to release the identity of the ballot traffickers to Georgia State Officials considering they certified a fraudulent election.

Investigation Launched In Georgia Into Potential Illegal Ballot Harvesting In 2020 Election

                BY JAMES SAMSON
                JANUARY 4, 2022

An investigation has been launched into systematic ballot harvesting in Georgia during the 2020 general election and the subsequent U.S. Senate runoff.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger confirmed that the probe has been launched to Just the News, adding that authorities may soon issue subpoenas to secure evidence.

The “harvesting” of ballots, a tactic in which third-party activists pick up and deliver ballots on behalf of voters, is banned in Georgia under state law.

As he confirmed the investigation on Tuesday, Raffensperger revealed that his office had received a complaint at the end of November from the conservative voter integrity group True the Vote. This complaint included evidence that activists teamed up with nonprofit groups to collect and deliver thousands of absentee ballots. True The Vote even has both video and cellphone evidence that implicates over 200 activists carrying out drop-offs at ballot boxes, often in the early morning hours.

“We do have some information,” Raffensperger said. “And we are going to investigate that. We did deploy drop boxes that were under 24/7 surveillance, and because they were then that really, you know, can indicate who dropped that information off, and we’re really just going through that.”

Raffensperger, who is up for reelection this year, added that his office is considering asking the State Elections Board to issue subpoenas to secure evidence of things like the names of suspected ballot harvesters.

“That will be one of the processes we’re looking at if we have people that don’t want to come forward for whatever concern, because we really need to get to the bottom of it,” he stated. “We just can’t let it sit there and lie. So if it comes to that, then that’s probably the next step that we’d be looking at.”

True The Vote alleged in its complaint that the video evidence and phone data it has compiled evidence that indicates that a total of 242 people engaged in 5,662 ballot drops, which is an average of 23 runs per alleged harvester. More than 40% of the drops that were captured on camera occurred between the hours of midnight and 5 a.m., according to the complaint.

On top of that, True The Vote interviewed a man who claimed he was paid thousands of dollars to harvest ballots in the Atlanta area during the 2020 general election.

“John Doe described a network of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that worked together to facilitate a ballot trafficking scheme in Georgia,” the group said in its complaint. “John Doe’s assignment included collecting ballots, both from voters in targeted neighborhoods and from NGOs that had their own ballot collection processes, delivering those ballots to other NGOs, picking up designated ballot bundles from the same group of NGOs, and depositing ballots into drop boxes spanning six counties in the metro Atlanta area.”

“Each drop box delivery would typically include between 5 to 20 ballots,” the complaint alleged. “John Doe described a payment validation process which involved taking cell phone pictures of the drop box where ballots were deposited.”

Report: Video shows ‘traffickers’ dumping thousands of ballots in Georgia drop boxes in ‘middle of the night’

by WorldTribune Staff, September 3, 2021

Georgia state officials have video of 240 Democrat “ballot traffickers” dumping tens of thousands of ballots into drop boxes “in the middle of the night,” radio host John Fredricks reported on Friday.

The “traffickers” dumped the ballots in multiple locations across the state, Fredericks said on Steve Bannon’s War Room. They were filmed emptying their backpacks of ballots into the drop boxes.

“All hell is about to break loose,” Fredericks said.

Ballot harvesting is illegal in Georgia.

True the Vote is leading an investigation into the ballot “trafficking,” Breitbart News reported on Aug. 24.

“From this we have thus far developed precise patterns of life for 242 suspected ballot traffickers in Georgia and 202 traffickers in Arizona,” a True The Vote’s document says, Breitbart reported. “According to the data, each trafficker went to an average of 23 ballot dropboxes.”

                            From the Breitbart report:
A document that the group’s founder Catherine Engelbrecht circulated to prospective donors, obtained by Breitbart News, details several facets of the investigation — which centers on what the group describes as the collection of cell phone GPS ping data in key election hotspots around the country including Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.

When reached and asked to comment on the forthcoming investigation, Engelbrecht confirmed the authenticity of the document and its contents but declined further comment at this time.

The document says that True The Vote has spent the last several months since late last year collecting more than 27 terabytes of geospatial and temporal data — a total of 10 trillion cell phone pings — between Oct. 1 and Nov. 6 in targeted areas in Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Texas. The data includes geofenced points of interest like ballot dropbox locations, as well as UPS stores and select government, commercial, and non-governmental organization (NGO) facilities.

In other words, what the document says is that True The Vote was able to take cell phone ping data on a mass wide scale and piece together that several people — suspected ballot harvesters — were making multiple trips to multiple drop boxes, raising potential legal questions in a number of these states.
