Who does everyone have for their top 5 teams? Is anyone going to take the top spots from Coal City(1A) and Homer(2A)?

Washington Beverly Manor and DeKalb will be up there in 2A. I think Leroy will surprise in 1A and bring home a trophy.

I have a few teams that place in the bottom part of the top 20 in single A last year, that I picked to be in the top 5. Leroy is one of them. Coal City is going to nearly impossible to get to budge from that top spot.

Bev Manor is a solid top five pick in 2a but I am thinking Dekalb will make a move on the top spot. Mattoon has four guys that have a good chance of being in the finals, plus another 3 returning SQs, so I have them in my top five also.

That’s true. But shorewood also beat coal city on the same day

They dont have the numbers to win team titles but pretty impressive that 6 of the 8 Colfax sectional qualifiers made it to state.

Dekalb is the team to beat 9 sectional champs my guess is 3-4 state champs and 7 other placers. That’s good enough for top spot. Everyone is just chasing 2nd now
