I'm not arguing with anything on the posts, but with four (4) sectionals - each weight should have 3 ranked wrestlers and one HM. With the rankings imperfect anyway, there are only a couple weights that look REDICULOUS. Every year at one the sectionals (even under the 2 class system) we experienced a brutal weight or two - quit complaining.........

I don't think anyone is complaining if you read, Their just stating facts. Obviously its just a tough weight, makes it exciting to see!

Yeah, 130 is beast but dont forget 119 is loaded pretty well too. Sick.

No one is complaining. That IL wrestling, its just interesting, I'm glad it was brought to light, I don't watch State in person but I (and probably others) will probably go to the semis, finals of this sectional thanks to all this attention.

How many from each weight go down state?
There are two guys in that zebra costume! Very funny...

16, top 4 from each sectional.

                        Matt Dwyer is at 171

Why didn't they move him down in the rankings?

                          LWC Sectional

Clearly this is the toughest sectional this year. I've been attending sectionals since my son was a freshman in 1997. So far the 2 toughest sectionals I've seen are 2007 DGN and 2001 Lyons. Wonder how this will compare to those.

maybe its similar reasoning to why they didnt move kendall down to 171?

Yeah, we should stop complaining. Brining Edwardsville and Granite City into this sectional makes perfect sense.

It is what it is at this point..like the DGN in 07.

                              Btw: 130 does look REDICULOUS.
