Madrigal/Gomez will be interesting this week.
Forgot Silzer is now at 126. He is so hard to wrestle because he is so good on the mat and such a good scrambler.

Where you been TappedOut. This is kind of old news. He hasn't been in the lineup since Whitlach. You're usually more on top of things than this.

I must have missed the thread because I didn't know either. I thought he might have been injured.

Gomez beat Madrigal 8-1 in the finals at the Conant Sectional and Rubino (who took 6th last year) didn't even make it out of the sectional....that weight was loaded at Conant!!

                          126

I think in the end 126 was the hardest weight as a whole for the state tournament.
                          3a-Gomez,Madrigal,Silzer,Pawelski,Hartman,Kanzler
                          All studs right there
                          2a-Piotrowski,Champagne,Thomas
These three could do pretty well in 3a
                          1a-Wilsie
It would be interesting to see him against some of the bigger school guys.
Can we have like a mega tournament for like 8 of these guys just for fun

Champaign again in a couple months. Freestyle state 132 junior will feature most of these young men. All of those competing are among the best in the country in freestyle and will be looking to win UWW and Fargo titles.

Actually, not in Champaign this year. Glenbard North is the host.

There is no way that any of these kids will win Freestyle State in Champaign this year at 132 or any other weight class.
