Yep. Despite the fact that they were a private school, I still am amazed at the run that Providence Catholic had.

PBS, I will pay the man a hot dog at some stand. The ones that serve hot dogs that are a buck a pack. Those that say that all school districts give the same support....you have to watch one of those late night shows that say you can start "flippin" houses, no money down, no credit, and no work.

[QUOTE=caped crusader;505934]My fault, I forgot it's impossible to detect sarcasm through written words. My post was to point out to all of the private school bashers on here for years that it is not as easy as everybody thinks to win at a private school. Fighting increased tuition, terrible coaches stipends, inferior facilities, and decreasing enrollmets are big issues that private schools are forced to deal with in today's market.

I just wanted to make one smart a## comment and not start another private school vs public school war on here.[/Q

Please don't cry me a river about private schools. CPS and other teams are struglin to stay alive.

I have experienced this too. Lifting..............come on down to the room. They will run to the weight room, to avoid a REAL workout.

and a "loss" TO 1A Dakota today. Big drop off in program head count past 2 years with partial JV, about 1/2 of a squad last year . Close call last year at state. But one runs the well dry without back ups and football recruits . Next year ouch ! Heavy ff's makes one just a tournament team.
