The video below perfectly illustrates my point in this thread. It just happened, so the timing is *chef's kiss* beautiful synchronicity. In it, has-been Fox News pundit Eric Bolling was being interviewed on a BBC programme. He was going on and on about how moving the baseball all-star game was bad for...

And then there's Mike Lindell, the Krackhead Guy, who sells the MyPillow. Last week he accused Fox News of being "in on" the conspiracy against him. This week, he goes on Steve Bannon's podcast and claims that he's hired private investigators to find out why Fox News will no longer have him...

If I had started a "Release the Kraken" thread, and then the Kraken Lady herself admitted in defense of a $1.3 billion lawsuit against her that "no reasonable person would conclude that the statements were truly statements of fact,” I would delete that thread because of the embarrassment....

CORRECTION: The Meanwhile World Korean Conglomerate, Inc. management team must correct above article. Coach Heffernan was an ILLINI institution for 29 years, not 27. The writer has been killed and then fired. As a warning to other reporters, his family has been kidnapped. We apologize for error.

Yeah, Huff, I use the "Four Pillars" checklist on Twitter a lot. I usually give grades like, "Congratulations! You scored 100%," or "You only scored 50%. Better luck next time!" It is a handy tool for looking at GQP social media. On another note, a few charts for our misguided...

Sorry, barzagar, never saw it. I live under an overpass in Myrtle Beach and cannot afford cable. Cheers!

Congratulations to Hef on a magnificent career! The fact that he helped to mold medical doctors as well as freestyle world team members, ran a scandal-free program and had tons of All-Americans is to his credit. I think the crazy string of at least one AA every year (28 years I think) is due in no small...

It doesn't matter the color of your skin. Bullets kill everybody, Brothers and Sisters. So says the Ghost Preacher. He went on to note that this thread is about gun control. He would suggest that you care as much about People of Color as he cares about Rainbow Sunshine Unicorn...

Your Meanwhile Investigative Team looked into the poor production values of the "real time" scoring options offered by Flo Wrestling and Trackwrestling. The recent OTT showed that it could be done in a not-quite-insane way, but the NCAA and Big Ten championships...

Well, the IRTC finishes up with two Olympic alternates. Maybe they'll have others selected as Olympic practice partners. All in all, I think everybody I was rooting for in the Men's Freestyle and Greco brackets has lost (or looks like they'll lose) in the finals.
In that way, the finals...

In the span of just a few minutes, the odds that the IRTC gets an Olympian have surged! Ellis Coleman waited until about the last minute of his first-place Challenge bracket match to take the lead via Grand Amplitude. He has a best of three for the Olympic bid tomorrow!
Joe Rau is already...

MEANWHILE ON PLANET Z
In an alternate timeline, though chronologically synched with our experience of time, IMAR beat his first opponent by tech in 1:43. He is taking a nap with his Sony headphones on now because of his bye in the semis, while Kyle Dake gets ready to wrestle Jason Nolf....

Which story? There's IMAR/Burroughs and the Cox saga. I really don't know most of the relevant facts of either drama. Regarding IMAR, it got out that at his Final X match with Burroughs, there may have been some shenanigans at the scale.
IMAR threw some vague shade at Burroughs on Twitter...

As for the J'den Cox weighin fiasco, I say that IMAR gets to sue Burroughs for the time Burroughs missed weight, and when IMAR wins that case, he be allowed to wrestle Sidakov for gold or silver. Rules are rules. Ex post facto. Res ipsa loquitor. And let us not forget Carpe diem.
USA Wrestling...

Still in the championship bracket: West Cathcart, Ellis Coleman and Joe Rau, who is sitting in the best of three finals. Everybody else is still alive in the consolation bracket for a shot at third.
I assume that third gets you on the national team. I also assume they'd have true second...

I've heard that the early rounds will be streamed by something called Peacock, as it is the NBC streaming service. There's allegedly a free seven-day trial. I might be able to watch this on my cellphone. One of the finals mats will be on NBC or their Olympic channel. Since I live under an overpass in...

IMAR is out of the OTT. I cannot find an explanation anywhere, but my, that hurts. When he left to go to Oregon State, I wrote that we were giving them a precious gift. Well, they better make sure he's 2022 World Champion Isaiah Martinez.
