My opinion is that Izzy knows his kids, what motivates them, and how they will take things better than any of us. Izzy has always been up front and honest, outspoken, and passionate. That is Izzy's style (no pun intended) and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Not cool calling out a kid publicly. Maybe if you're a pro or college coach it would be understandable. I like the direct approach but privately would be best.

On the otherhand if the kid responds and improves maybe Izzy knows best.
