PSHS Youth Camp Next Week

PSHS YOUTH WRESTLING CAMP
July 9th – July 12th
Cost $55
Grades 2-8 (Next school year)
9:00am-11:00am

We will work on basics of the sport. The goal of this camp is a ratio of 2-3 wrestlers per instructor, these will be PSHS High School Wrestlers and coaches. We will focus on positing and movements that will enhance their technique, as well as introducing technique in series at a rate that they will be able to grasp We will work on introducing and refining the techniques that they will use at all levels. What we show will be based on how much they grasp. Our goal is not to show a thousand moves, but to improve on what they know.
We will usually finish with a game to make it fun and Water or Gatorade will be given at the end of each day to the campers.
