Illinois Girls Preview for the 2026 Grappler Fall Classic
State champions, national tournament experience and a new generation of Illinois competitors head to Sandusky for a September test
Illinois girls have already stood at the top of the Grappler Fall Classic podium. This September, another group will get its opportunity to add to that history.
Nine Illinois wrestlers on the featured entry list are preparing for the 2026 tournament, scheduled for September 26–27 at the Cedar Point Sports Center in Sandusky, Ohio. Their backgrounds span elementary wrestling, middle-school state competition and the IHSA postseason. Together, they offer a look at several stages of development within Illinois girls wrestling.
Londyn Bellamy brings 2026 state championships in folkstyle and freestyle. Blake Schuldt and Mila Conrad arrive after meeting in an Illinois freestyle state final. Baileigh Self carries IHSA state-tournament experience, while Olivia Ioerger and Gianna Mezzano have competed in the 16U girls freestyle field at Fargo. Raya Windham and Reese Davis add state-final credentials of their own, and Harlow Bushue gives followers a young competitor to watch in the elementary division.
