Two of Illinois’ most accomplished high school wrestlers will headline the 6th Annual Test of the Best on October 17 at IC Catholic Prep.
Caleb Noble, a senior at Warren Township High School, and Angelina Gochis, a senior at Kaneland High School, will each bring three Illinois state championships to the mat, giving this year’s event a pair of marquee competitors with an opportunity to showcase their talents against some of the best wrestlers in the state.
Having two three-time state champions competing at the same event highlights exactly what Test of the Best was created to do — bring together Illinois’ elite wrestlers for premier matchups regardless of school classification.
